The balloon festival looks like a lot of fun. They have something like that here, too. At a town near here I should say. I like to see the night illume's. They look so cool.
So how proud is your boyfriend of you, and all the weight you've lost? He's been working out too , right? Have his results been as dramatic as yours?
You're trainer sounds like a real peach. I can tell by how you write about him, that he's proud of you, and genuinely cares. All trainers should be like that!
Have a great weekend with your sweetie!
Carol

Got on the scale this morning and was DOWN again. My lowest so far along this journey...201.8 pounds!! I am almost out of the 200's...I can feel it coming by the end of next week.
My boyfriend is making me watch a movie called "What the Bleep Do We Know"...it's a science documentary...ugh.
Anyways, along with Carrie today, I have to clean my entire apartment and get some laundry done.

So today went pretty good I guess. Cleaned the apartment, but ran into a few setbacks today. Ran out of cat food and noticed the shelack in our bathtub is ripping apart...so, need to call the landlord to fix it. GRRR! They always take forever fixing thing too, makes me mad. I remember the one time the weather stripping on the windows was coming off and the windows were leaking really bad in the winter and they waited until the summer to fix them...I complained about 5 times and put in work orders, but you can't depend on landlords for anything.
So, tomorrow after my session with the trainer we have to go pick up some cat food.

What's a shelack? We sometimes feed our boys cans of Tuna if we get short on kitty food and the shops are closed. Great results there again Missy.

Just finished watching Hell's Kitchen and it was an awesome episode. There is only one more show left and I really hope that Virginia wins. She seems to be the only one that has a good attitude about everything.

Went to the gym today again. I did the fat burn room with all my weights and then did an hour of cardio. I didn't do so well on the calorie burning today though, only burned a total of 811 calories. The lady at the front desk said "you guys are here every day, that's great!" haha, it made me feel good to know that she noticed my hard work.
Picked up some cat food today too since yesterday was a holiday here in Canada, now my kitties will be happy again.

All I can say is that I am really enjoying this new contest idea. haha as you can tell, I really REALLY want that treadmill. I don't have any of my own gym equipment at my place and I could use the extra motivation around. My budget right now sucks too, and I can barely afford rent let alone some gym equipment. So, I decided to go at this contest full force, so look out!
I realized something while writing those articles though. I really enjoy writing. It makes me remember way back when I was young, I had always said I wanted to be a writer or a journalist when I grew up. I used to dabble in writing short stories when I was in public school and I have been writing poetry for the last 10 years or so. I have actually had some of my poetry published before, in 3 different books and have received Awards of Excellence on a few occasions.
I am actually thinking about taking all my articles and combining them together to create a book on weight loss and nutrition. I think it would be something I could be very good at as well as help a lot of other people who are struggling with their weight. When I have enough money together I was already planning on taking a personal training course so I can do what my trainer does right now...but I would also like to go back to school to get my degree in nutrition. Losing weight is my biggest passion in life right now and it's pretty much the only thing I truly care about other than family and friends. I really want to inspire others and motivate them to lose their weight.
I am so dedicated to this whole weight loss thing, that now, even if I eat one cookie...ONE SMALL COOKIE, I feel like I am a child who did something wrong and needs to be punished. I feel so terrible about it. I feel like I was a bad girl. I never, EVER thought I could do this and do it well. My trainer mentioned to me the other day about eating a donut...and my first reaction to it: I curled my nose up in disgust at the mere thought of it. I think that way even when I drive past fast food places now...I still get my cheat day once a week, but I am at a point in my life and in my weight loss where I don't NEED to have the junk.
Anyways, I have just been feeling really inspired today about my weight loss and about helping others reach their goals and I wanted to post in my excitement. Please..PLEASE, if any of you need help with anything..anything at all, from food to your workouts, to motivation, please message me. I would be honoured to help. You can PM me on here or send me an email: missywagner@hotmail.com I am also on MSN Messanger if any of you would like to chat online one on one.
