My workout at the gym went good today. Today I did arms (biceps & triceps)...and then abs and lower back workout. I also did an hour on the elliptical and burned 565 cals on there...I am probably around 900 cals burned for the day or so. My bf and I will probably go out for a walk after supper tonight too (he has Thurs & Fri's off).

At the gym today while I was on the elliptical...my trainer was in the fat burn room with a client and he came up to the window and had his a$$ close to the window and pulled his pants down to show me his butt...haha I couldn't stop laughing. He always acts like an idiot...either flexing his pecs for me, showing me his nipple...flexing his arms...or showing me his butt..yup, he's a weirdo.

Breakfast:
-2 omega-3 eggs
-2 pieces whole grain whole wheat toast
-1/2 banana

Snack:
-turkey bite
-cup of low fat yogurt

Lunch:
-salad with green beans & vinegar for taste
-1 large caramel chocolate chip rice cake

****Still have to eat****

Supper:
-1/3 cup whole grain brown rice
-1/2 cup green peas
-1/3 cup hot peppers
-1 chicken breast cut up in the rice

Snack:
-1 cup frozen yogurt
-15 mini sour cream&onion rice cakes

I'm crossing my fingers in hopes that I will see another drop in the scale tomorrow morning.
