I feel like crap again today. I feel so tired still, probably because I slept way too much yesterday. I don't really know what else could be making me so tired. All I did today was eat breakfast, do a few things online and have a shower. Exciting huh? In an hour I have to take my bf to work and then I need to get cracking on some work here myself. Maybe the weather is getting me down, it's been sorta blah here all weekend. Gloomy and rainy. I never realized how much the weather affects my mood.

One more week until rent is due, I am dreading that day right now. I don't even want to think about money anymore.

I think I need to figure out a new meal idea because I am getting really sick of eating fish. Today while I was eating it, I just wanted to puke. I never really had a problem eating it until today. It just made me grossed out to eat it. I feel kind of sick to my stomach now too, I hate this feeling.

I think I might have to lay down for a little while until the feeling passes. I don't want to fall asleep though because I dont want a repeat of yesterday.

How did the rest of your day go Missy? Like you said before... or someone on here did. We are all going to have bad days. Just like we used to, we are still human. Tomorrow will always be a new day, and a new start!

Just got back from the gym and I had an awesome workout. I did the fat burn room today...and my bf did the room with me to see if he could keep up! It was so much fun! His body is SO not used to the type of workouts that I do because his routine is totally different from mine. Needless to say, he struggled with some of the machines and had to put some of the weights down!!! On other machines though, he could still lift way more than me. Our back muscles and arm muscles are pretty evenly matched. My legs are stronger than his...and his chest and abs are stronger than mine.

Only did 1/2 an hour of cardio today because we had other things to get done before bf goes to work for the day. I only burned around 800 calories today or so...which isn't overly bad.

I think I might give all 3 kitties a bath today...haha I'm sure they will love it. They always get that pissed off look anytime they have to be in the bath and get wet. I know cats don't really need to bathe...but I like to do it every once in awhile just to freshen them up.

Today is rice day for supper, it's my favorite meal out of all of them. Whole grain wheat rice with chicken breast, green peas and hot peppers. I love it so much. I am a sucker for spicy foods and usually dump hot sauce on everything...and I love my peppers.

They are still doing construction in front of our apartment...they have the whole road ripped up. I think they are putting in more drainage because when it rains the road always floods. I get irritated by all the noise in the mornings though...

Oh..after posting to Carries journal I got reminded of something, so I will post it here instead. Remember how about a month ago I spoke to the nutritionist at our gym and he basically told us everything we were doing was wrong.....and then we spoke to our trainer who told us not to listen to the nutritionist because he is crazy and just wants people's money??? Well, the nutritionist was FIRED about 3 weeks ago...I am so glad we didn't waste our money on a new diet only for it to be wrong again.

GOOD!! Clients should come before personal gain. Sadly this happens too often.

Good to see you've pulled yourself out of that low point. I love spicy stuff. Try making some kebabs. Marinade chicken in whatever spicy stuff you like, put pecies onto kebab skewers add veggies and grill. serve with rice if you like too

My workout this morning was exhausting. I am having a super hard time losing weight now that I am not working out with my trainer on a regular basis. I seem to once again be stuck! GRRRR! Anyways, I did a leg workout today. 270 pounds on the leg press, 140 pounds on leg extensions, 70 pounds on leg curl, 100 pounds on both inner and outer thigh machines, 120 pounds on calves.....then I did my ab workout using 4 different ab weight machines. Finished off working out my lower back on 2 different machines.

I did an hour of cardio on the elliptical today as well and burned 515 calories on there...so in total I am probably pretty close to 1000 calories burned for the day again when you include my weights workout.

I am in desperate need of a shower right now though, I smell really bad hahaha.

Sounds like a tough workout - it is amazing that you workout this hard each day. My workout consists of me walking and that is about it. I would love to be able to workout in a gym.
