I think Im one of those people LOL I dont have any friends in the city that we live in, and when we moved here I lost contact with everyone that I knew. Benefit of the doubt maybe she is the same way. I know I say more then I should with people I work with but its because I dont have anyone else to talk to.

Yeah I'm sure I sound like I'm a real b!tch. But I do lend a sympathetic ear, for the most part. But that's all I can do. And, when we're working, we're need to be working. We are there for the kids, not to stress over our personal problems. And, the bottom line is, there's nothing I can do about it. So, I get to a point where I no longer know what to say.
But anyway, I don't vent about it so much for advice, but to just get it off my chest. I know we all have issues and problems with work like this.
I just got back from my bike ride. I did lower body, went for a 55 minute bike ride, and then did abs, and some stretching. Aside from the fact that I'm sweaty and stinky, I feel GREAT!
Don't ever underestimate the power of exercise. I actually think that rush you feel, is a combination of the exercise, and knowing that you're doing what's right for you. Someone wished they could bottle up this feeling. Yeah, too bad we can't. But it's readily available, if you get out there and just do it.
Am I high on endorphines, or whatever they are? Probably. It's great -- the very best way to get that nasty old stress out of your system.
I feel so much better about things. I'm ready to go back to preschool tomorrow and just love those sweet kids, and be a friend to my co-worker. I'm somewhat of the opinion that she's married to a bit of a jerk, and while she might drive me bonkers once in a while, I'm sure she needs a friend.
AHHHHH -- endorphines ROCK!!!!

I've had a good day at preschool. Things went much smoother today. My friend and co-worker who was driving so nuts on Tuesday, seemed to be in better spirits today. I even spoke to her husband, and he seemed in a fairly good mood too. He is going to take a lower paying job, and hopefully this will open more doors for him in the future. As she said, since he was fired from his last job, he needs to get a good reputation for this one, if he ever hopes to get something better in the future. The job also requires him to get his CDL license, which could also open doors for him. So --- I've calmed down -- she's calmed down--- and all's good.
Except for this darned foot! I have done my best to stay off of it, but that's impossible, especially at work. I just have to be patient. I wore enclosed shoes and wore my insoles, but my feet really don't feel any better then the did when I wore my cute sandals. But every thing I've read says it can take a significant amount of time to heal, so I'll just have to put up with it, and take it as easy as I can, on my foot.
My eating was way over my limit today. I have not been sleeping well, I have PMS ( oh, why won't it just START already!!!) and been stressing about work, so a good night's sleep, and now feeling a lot better about work, I plan to do better. The lack of sleep thing is what really drags me down. I'm also not used to working all day, so I'm pretty tired from that as well. I'll get used to it, and have more energy when I get home.
I'm going to watch BB soon ( it's really not very good this summer, but I've been following it, so I have to see who goes home tonight) and then maybe I'll get out for a bike ride. I need to burn some extra calories, and I'm sure I'll feel better, and sleep better tonight if I just do it.

I'm glad that your day was better. I like what you were saying about feeling so great after working out...I do this, too. I really enjoy walking - the stress just melts away. What is wrong with your foot?

My father has Platar Faciitis and he says it hurts like hell. Have you gotten an official diagnosis yet? If not, I would lay off the high inpact (and your heel) as much as possible to avoid further pain and injury.

Have you seen "Celebrity Duets?" It is really a good show. However all three judges are idiots. Little Richard appears to be on crack because you cant understand a word he is saying and when you do; none of it makes sense. Marie Osmond is trying to be Paula and is running off at the mouth. David Foster (although very successful and signed my favorite Josh Groban) is a nasty, too full of himself...I wont print the rest cuz you get the idea.

Cheech should have been the first to go. When Jai sang last night I forgot he was gay!! Alfonso Ribiero is awesome and so is Hal Sparks. I forgot his name! I am honestly surprised that these guys can sing as well as they do. Chris Jericho was also great, but now gone. ;(
