haha that's so cute that your wife calls the cat little girl, because I usually end up calling my kitty baby girl. Her name is Sage but she is little still so I call her baby girl.

Hopefully the baby will turn around for your wife, I am guessing she is not too keen on getting the c section?

I think it's good that you went to the gym today just to do some light exercise. It's good for you

Hi again all.

Clare is not looking forward to a C section but I've treid to explain to her if that is best for her and baby then that is what we must accept.

Kitty visited us last night for some food and stayed around in our yard until late evening. Clare thinks kitty may still have a problem with her wound but its difficult to see. Hopefully nothing more than a bit of soreness.

I went and did 40 laps today but the weird thing is from signing in to leaving again I did not see another person other than the reception lady.

Hope you all have a great weekend and I'll catch up with you all on Monday.

Good Morning to you all.

I had a fantastic weekend. Beer festival on Saturday night and it was awesome. great bands, great food and great beer.

No weigh in as I wasn't at the gym.

Sunday night we met up with a couple of British people who are emigrating to Malta. It turns out they know the people we bought our flat off. Small world eh? I watched the German grand prix and I must declare it the 2nd most boring of the season so far. The British Touring cars race that was on earlier in the day was far more exciting. Still Ferrari won the F1 race so not all bad.

I began my new program in the gym today. Lots of new intesive excercises. My arms and legs feel like they did the 1st week I was at the gym back in April.

Hope you all had a great weekend.

Sounds like you had a great weekend -- and you're right back the the gym on Monday!! Way to go.
A change in your routine is supposed to be the best thing for an exercise program. Gets you using different muscles, and using muscles in different ways. Guess I didn't need to tell you that though -- sounds like your arms and legs are doing just that!
