My image came from google images..it usually has the link right in the address bar, just copy and paste.
Or...if you are using an image from your computer, you have to upload it to a site that hosts pictures, such as http://www.photobucket.com
Photobucket allows you to copy the link to the picture as well.

Yeesh the things they dont tell you on here...
Ok I have a new fun fact that I learned today. According to my mother's trainer...the calorie counters on the machines are calibrated for (drumroll please...) MEN!!! So the calorie burned is going to be higher than what it should be. That is soooo unfair. It also adds fuel to the fire when discussing the men vs woman teams on the Biggest Loser. I'd look into a HR monitor. I love mine. It scared me at first because it does everything except make dinner and pay the bills. But once you get the hang of it; it will be your new best friend. I luv my Polar F11....

Went to the gym tonight. My mother said to stay off the Elliptical just in case. She doesnt want me to further an injury. Did I listen? Uh heck no...I did agree that if I was in pain; I would quit. The elliptical started off again on high incline. But this time I caught it. Did an hour and the last minute I hit level 12. Then just to see what all the hype was about; I did 10 minutes going backwards. You can really blow out a knee if you arent careful about where you are leaning. My problem was my feet kept slipping off the pedals. They need straps. My calves are never going to forgive me for those 10 minutes. Total calorie burn...471 calories, 55% fat burn. More good news; my gym is open tomorrow from 11 to 3pm. I am really surprised.

I think there must be wild variations in the way machines count calories so don't take what they say as gospel. On the treadmill I used this morning it said I'd burnt just under 300 calories in 20 mins but on a similar program on a different machine it can be in the low 200's. Try getting your own heart rate, pedometer, calorie counter watch (or similar device).
I really envy the amount of time you have to exercise though.

I took my car in this morning to get an oil change, it was past due. They lowered our GST here in Canada from 7% to 6% (we are taxed GST & PST on everything we buy)...so the guy told me I saved a whopping 0.40 cents...haha!
Then I headed over to the gym for awhile and pounded out an hour on the elliptical. I would have done more, but I didn't really have the time today. I had to make some phone calls before places closed etc....so anyways, the elliptical told me I burned 863 calories today. I think I am going to look into getting my own monitor...just not sure it's in my budget at the current time. I really like how Carrie's works and I'd love something similar.

I have a monitior, it is brilliant, because sometimes the machines can say you burn more than what you actually are!!!
