I am having an okay weekend so far. My cheat day was yesterday so we ordered some pizza and garlic bread and man it was yummy. Checked the scale today and was DOWN another 0.2 pounds from yesterday. I only have 4 more pounds to go to get down to 200 and then it's BYEBYE 200s for good!

Was watching some of the Strongman competition on tv and HOLY CRAP can they lift. I find it really amazing that those guys can do that.

Watching The Perfect Storm on tv tonight with my boy, we haven't watched a movie together in a long time since he works nights now.

So today ends another month of my weight loss journey which means this will probably be the last post in my July Journal. I started out the month at about 215 pounds, and have managed to get down to 202.8 pounds. That puts me at a 12.2 weight loss for the entire month...not too bad I guess.

Worked out with my trainer today, my workouts are getting harder for me again because he keeps increasing my weights. I am now lifting 100 pounds on the row machine for your back, 320 on my calves, 340 on the leg press, 200 on the triceps, etc...it's so intense. I hate using the weight machines where I feel confined as well, I find it hard to breathe. My heart usually feels like it's going to explode out of my chest when I am finished with him.

So I ended up doing 20 min on the stationary bike and burned 100 calories...then I did 45 min on the elliptical crosstrainer and burned 520 calories...plus about 450 cals in the fat burn room..which puts me at a total of 1070 calories burned so far today. I am hoping to get in my 40 min walk after supper which should burn another 120 or so.

I am happy about how far I have come with my weight loss so far and I am very pleased with the results I have been getting. I have set some new goals for myself as well.

First Mini-Goal: 190-195 by the end of August
Second Mini-Goal: 185-190 by end of September
Third Goal: around 170 by Christmas
Final Goal: 125-130 pounds

12.2 pounds in a month is "NOT TOO BAD??" Are you insane!? I would love to have that kind of loss again. You should be very proud of yourself and for as far as you have come. Most "healthy weight" people cant do a fraction of what you do.

Your heart feels like it is going to explode when you are through with him? Most women's hearts would be fluttering after a workout with Mr Hottie Pants...Could you do me a favor though? Could you ask him (in his opinion) what the best Cardio is for lower tummy bulge? They say that cardio burns fat and I want my stomach gone yesterday. Maybe I should play hockey!!

How was the movie the other night? And just for the record; how was "cheat night?" I have forgotten what those are like. At least I dont dream about pizza and whoppers anymore.

Hearing you talk about lifting kinda gets me excited to start again; but I want a few more lbs off first so I dont feel so much like a marshmellow.

Keep up the sweatfests! We are proud of you!

Hey Missy don't sell yourself short. 12lbs + off is an amazing acheivment. I prefer free weights to machines too. By the looks of it you'd be kicking my bottom all the way round the gym I'll beef myself up a bit more before I challange you again.
