We've all been there, beat yourself up a little (but not too much) and then get on with being good. What is a red velvet cake anyway?

Lol Helena-- something we probably SHOULDN'T be eating!!!!
But hey -- it's usually a special occasion thing, and no one ever said that we couldn't ever eat anything like that, ever again.
As far as eating all that junk -- I'm afraid I beat you! Think Twinkies, pizza, and hershey's kisses -- yeah, that's all I'm gonna say!
But, it's over. And you know what? If I lose it every couple of months and eat all that, it won't hurt me, as long as I get back on track, and don't let it become a habit. I'm not saying it's ok. I'm saying that when it happens, because I think it inevitably does to everyone, that you have to look at the big picture, and just move on.
I hope I NEVER let my emotions get the best of me ever again. I hope next time, I'll find some other way to cope. But if does, I'm not going to let it defeat me.
Keep at it, and let us know how you're doing!
Carol

OMG Red Velvet Cake is sinful. My aunt in Florida makes the best ones ever and I really don't like icing because it takes like pure sugar to me but I will eat the cream cheese icing on red velvet cake.
