Hi All,
Gee it's been a while since I've been in here. I have a lot of catching up to do. the weather has been absolutely beautiful so we have been walking during our breaks at work (which is when I usually would come in here).
Since going on the Biggest Loser Challenge. Lost 16.5 pounds so far since 05/01. We walk about 1 mile total on our breaks at work and I am now walking an additional 3 miles everyday after work. Been alternating between the training in the Biggest Loser book and the DVD in the mornings. have been struggling some mornings to get out of bed at 5:00 (this monring being one of those mornings)
Hubby has been struggling. He pulled a ligament in his knee and is having pain when he walks. he has been watching his eating for the most part but his lack of movement is catching up to him on the scale. His problem is he steps on that stupid scale every day... so this monring he said he was up 5 pounds from yesterday (but then tomorrow he will probably be down 6 - who knows)
I think the rain outside is making me sleepy... I would love to be home taking a nap right now instead of sitting at my desk at working napping (just kidding).
Hope everything is going well with all of you! If it's raining still for this afternoon's break - I'll stop in again.
