We don't get Saturns on this side of the pond but it looks quite nice.

Widdlecuddles - July

I am unfortunately having difficulty finding cross trainers I like. I did get a pair that I loved at the store but while walking around the livingroom at home I didn't like them as much. I think I might test them out tonight with a little BL workout... enough to try them out but not enough that I won't be able to bring them back if I still don't like them
This week is the last week of the BL contest. I am kicking it into high gear with hopes of losing 3 pounds this week. That will put me at 25 pounds total for the contest. I wanted more but with some bad choices and a couple of injuries I would be happy with 25. I figure that's an average of 2 pounds a week which is a good rate to be losing.
I have to take an after picture this week. It's funny - I feel better and clothes fit better - but when I compare my before picture to how I look now, I don't see any difference. Maybe it's because I have so much to lose? Guess I'll send it in and see what happens. Like I said when I started this I have nothing to lose but the cost of stamps and some weight. And so far I lost 22 pounds since may 1 so I think this was worth it.
Would I do it again? Absolutely!

I did exactly the same, comparing before and now pics and getting a bit down hearted nothing looked different despite needing to put a new hole in my trouser belt to tighten it up more. That was about 6 weeks ago and I can definatly see as well as feel the difference now. 2lbs a week loss is perfect so you should feel rightly proud of what you have done so far.
