No I couldn't. I was just thinking about this the other day while I was walking. When I first started this in May I couldn't walk to the corner (which isn't that far) without my lower back hurting and being totally out of breath.
I'm bummed... I hurt my knee. I wish I could say I hurt it while walking or jumping rope or something like that - but noooo to be totally honest... I hurt it getting off the couch

I guess I turned it weird.
I tried to walk with my walking buddy at work this morning (we walk about a 1/2 mile each break) and I got about 1/2 way around and my knee was burning... so I guess I need to rest kit for a couple days

guess I'll be doing upper body for a few days.
Since I have had a few weeks or small losses I was hoping for about 4 pounds this week. Still might make.. guess we;ll have to wait and see.
My ultimate goal for the challenge would be to lose 40 pounds by Aug 1. That would be 23 more pounds in a month and a half. Do you think that's obtainable. I would be thrilled though to lose another 18.
