I went in for my fit-test this morning and I did better than I thought I would.

Last Test I was 246 pounds (Feb '06)
This Test I am 222 pounds....down 24 pounds

Neck: last time 14.6, this time 14.5....lost 0.1 inches
Chest: last time 47.5, this time 45.5...lost 2 inches
Right Bicep: last time 16.6, this time 17...up 0.4 inches
Left Bicep: last time 16.8, this time 16.8...no change
Waist: last time 46, this time 44....down 2 inches
Hips: last time 49, this time 44....down 5 inches
Right Thigh: last time 26.5, this time 26...down 0.5 inches
Left Thigh: last time 27, this time 25.5...down 1.5 inches
Right Calf: last time 17, this time 17
Left Calf: last time 17, this time 17

I lost a total of 11.1 inches

My body is made up of 111.9 pounds muscle, and 110.1 fat
My body fat is 49.6%...still have a LONG way to go!!

My metabolism went down too...which means I need to eat MORE! Last time it was 1661, and this time it was 1530..I am not eating enough I need to get it higher

Did some strength tests too....
Push-Ups: last time 10, this time 20!!!
Sit-Ups: last time 1, this time 4 (they are the really hard ones...where you have to bring your entire body up..they are NOT the easy crunches..lol)
Chin-Ups: last time 8, this time 12!!

I went to the doctor today too to get my test results. My bloodwork came back normal and my UltraSound came back normal..which leaves me clueless. He said it could be endometriosis...but he told me he doubts it because I am too young...so he told me not to worry about anything unless I experience the pains again...it still makes me wonder what the heck it was though!

You know one of my co-workers just went thru a similar experience she was in so much pain she went to ER and they gave her really strong pain meds and did several tests. They told her that it sounded like she had a cyst rupture and that had already scattered before the ultra sound. Told her the continued pain was from all the fluid from the cyst.

Great job on you new numbers.

Wow Missy! What great results. You must be so proud of yourself. Keep up the good work! You inspire me, even though I know I could never put myself through the workouts that you do. I guess you make me want to work a little harder!

I had a great day today. Started the day off at the gym working out with Dennis. I did an hour of weights...we did chest and back today. Then I decided to go on the treadmill today instead of the elliptical..just for a change. I tried running too!! Every 5 min I ran for one minute. It was hard for me, but I managed to run a total of 5 min in 1/2 an hour. I'm sure it will build up if I keep at it.

Then I went swimming for an hour, it was very relaxing and the water was awesome.

My sister called me and I went shopping with her and then went back to her apartment and sat outside on her balcony for a couple hours just talking and listening to some tunes.

I'm starting to get really mad at the weather lately. I haven't been able to get out for my walks because it's always pissing down rain!

oooo, yesterday I told my trainer that I love to eat eggs in the morning for breakfast and he told me to spend the extra dollar to get the Omega-3 eggs because the fat in them is healthy fats, unlike the regular eggs I was buying.

soooooooo, when we got our groceries today I decided to pick some of those up. We bought some more protein powder too, so we can make our protein shakes. One shake has 22g of protein. We bought the Lemonade flavour...it's yummy.

Let us know how you like the omega 3 eggs. I love eggs. My kids love them more. They love to have them for supper, and there's really nothing quicker or easier. And it's probably a lot healthier than mac and cheese!
AAcck!!! totally off topic here, but I can hardly concentrate to type -- there is some ad -- banner ad? whatever you call them.. with spiders running around, and it's FREAKING ME OUT!!!! EEEEESH!! I can feel them crawling on me!!! It's an ta for an xbox360. Blleeeehhh-- it needs to GO AWAY!!!!!

I just got back from my intense workout with my trainer. We did legs today. I can't believe I am able to lift 100 pounds on the calf raises! He went over our diet with us today as well and made some slight changes so we can increase our weight loss. It's going to be hard, but I am going to make the effort.

He has now totally cut out our whole wheat pasta..I am not allowed to eat extra lean ground beef anymore as it's bad for me. No more low fat cheese.

He does want me to start drinking protein shakes more often, so I can start to build more muscle and tone them.

He also told me not to get the white bread at Subway
He said that eating white bread is much harder for your body to break down than whole wheat bread...so it ends up storing it as fat! Guess I have to give up my yummy white Subway bread too! GRRR!

I am taking my fat-burners again though, which has increased my energy. Since last Wednesday, I have lost 4 pounds.

My boyfriend and I finally were able to get out for our walk last night...and it's nice today too, so we'll go tonight.

After our workout with Dennis today(1 hour), I did 1/2 an hour on the treadmill and then spent 45 min swimming.

The bottoms of my feet are really killing me today. I wonder if it's because I have been doing the treadmill lately instead of the elliptical. I just got back from our walk and I could use a really nice foot massage!

It's also time to eat a snack...I am having 1/2 an orange and a protein shake. The protein that we bought is lemonade flavour...it tastes exactly like lemonade! *LOL*

My boyfriend and I are hoping to get to the movies sometime this week. We have been wanting to see The Break Up and The Omen.
