Awesome job on the elliptical. The elliptical is my favourite cardio machine by far and it seems to burn off the most calories for me. Congrats on the 2 pound loss from before, keep up the great work.

Well today was okay. Food intake not the greatest. Protein bar and milk for breakfast, Arby Roast beef snadwich and fires for lunch, fried chicken for supper. Finished shampooing carpets in the house early this am then after work shampooed the carpets in both cars. Daughter home from basketball camp she had a really good time. She told us that they were up every morning at 6:15 and lights out at 11:00pm. Played at least 3 games a day and had drills the rest of the day. She was so glad she had been working out at the gym with us. Hope you all have a great 4th.

Dont be so hard on yourself. Cleaning does burn calories; lots of 'em if you really put the elbow grease into it. Keep up the great work!

Well this has been a pretty good week. We have did lots of yard and house work. My huby actually told me I could get rid of some of his collections, so I skipped the gym last night to take advantage of this once in a lifetime happening. We are getting ready for our oldest daughter, husband and 2 sons to come visit from Colorado. This will happen the first week of August. We have not seen them in 2 years due to the distance and the way we all work. The youngest grandson we have not seen yet. We are thinking of putting hardwood floors down in our living room, dining room and hallway. Does anyone have any advise on this? If you have hardwood or lamnate, do you like them, are they easy to care for?

I put laminate down in a house we have in the Uk and it was fairly straight forwards. I think proper hardwood will be harder wearing but much more expensive.

Well this month has been really wild and crazy. I have 1 more day of work and then I am on vacation for a week. Family coming to town so this should be a fun week. Tomorrow is the last day for my intern at work and boy she has really helped this summer. Food and water intake have been pretty good. Had a good visit with the doctor this month and everything seems to be going well. School starts back in a week so I will have to readjust my rountine again. My daughter has to be at school at 7 am. No more sleeping late.
