ooo Italy is one place I have to go before I die. My bf is Italian and I think it would be so awesome to take his parents along and go there for a vacation.

In all honesty I've only been to Sicily so I don't know what the rest of the country is like. Though I did stop over at Rome airport on the way to Moscow once.

I finally got the last of my Birthday presents (only 1 month late) last night. The new Tomb raider game, FIA GTR and GT legends (both motor racing games) for my pc and 3 DVD's so I was quite happy. I seem to have quite a lot of games to play and with Half Life 2 episode one due next month I'm going to be very busy.

Done my work out today. It seemed a little easier. I feel like I've got bags full of energy. I increased the weight a little on a couple of things.

I hate tourists (well British ones anyway)

Sorry all but this starts with a rant... Why do British people travel thousands of miles to a different country and then demand the very same bland rubbish they have back at home? Honestly it makes my blood boil. If you want egg and chips (fries) and warm beer then stay at home. I went with some friends of ours who's family is over for a visit to the hard rock cafe and they whinged about everything on the menu. Evenutally they got a plain chicken sandwich each. The menu in that place is great, ok it doesn't have octopus salad (one of my favorites) but its good all round. I had a tuna sandwich, I figured that was probably the best I could get away with. So Brits if you want english food, english beer and only fools and horses on the TV go to Benidorm or stay at home. And bear in mind the exchange rate is 1lm to £1.60 so everything here costs a lot too. (there, that should put the chav scum off coming). Rant over

Did my work out today. I increased the incline on the elliptical trainer from 6 to 9 and my legs are like jelly (jello) now.

I have done another workout today. I can feel a difference in my body now. Muscles are starting to get bigger. My arms and legs are a lot firmer than before I started. My man boobs haven't shrunk much but I can feel the muscle underneath coming through the flab. My tummy doesn't look much different but it does feel different. Maybe that just my own self image problem. Ever since I was young I thought I looked fat. People tell me I'm looking thinner but I can't see it myself.

It looks like its going to be a great weekend. It forcast hot weather and there's the spanish grand prix on sunday.... which is nice

You sound like me...People are telling you that you look thinner and you just cant see it. I think we all have distorted body images because of what society tells us is "beautiful" or "handsome." That sickens me because not every BODY/frame can fit into a size 0. What a bunch of Hollywood cookie cutters. But people wouldnt make it up if it werent true (the comments to you). So enjoy it. It must be exciting feeling the muscles start to pop. If the muscles are developing; that means the metabolic rate is increasing. Keep up the great work! You will get there before you know it. Best of luck.

I think the first thing your new child will say is..."Dang, daddy is built!!"

Good to hear you are doing well. I agree with you on the whole menu/stay at home rant. I can see why you'd be mad! Octopus salad, OMG! You are daring..lol

Missy do you eat calamari? octopus tastes the same.

My home scales say I've gained 0.4kg (about 1 lb) but the scales at the gym say i've maintained 96 kgs again. I may have to take a good look at my calories to see if I'm going wrong food wise. Thought I don't eat macdonalds, pizzas or cinnamon grahams for breakfast. I try to eat healthy so maybe its the quantity i'm going wrong on. Did a full work out again. I'm bench pressing 60kgs now from 20kgs when I started.

Not feeling too down about it cos like I said before I'm feeling myself toning up.

Hi All. Yesterday I spent a good while swimming about in the sea. It was fantastic. Moving to the Med was the best decision ever. The sea was really warm, clean and still. It was lovely and sunny. Unfortunatly my team (ferrari) came 2nd in yesterdays race

I've done my work out this morning. At the end of this week I will have completed my Red workout chart (it goes red, amber, green) so I have an appointment to make with my trainer for the weekend. I quite enjoy the routine I've got so I hope it doesn't change too much.
