Thanks everyone for the support. I am really doing well right now despite being busy and tired most days. I went to my Water Kickboxing class today and enjoyed it as usual. I have decided that my yoga challenge this month will be the last 21 day challenge. Its just too much. When I've lost weight in the past I have tried to do too much and burned myself out and I am fearing that will happen again with the challenges. I will stop while I am doing well. I am working out 5 days a week and on top of that doing the yoga challenge so...
Food wise I am getting more fruits, veggies, and dairy into my diet and I am extremely happy about that. As usual I am struggling with water but I will continue to work on it.
