I pay an annual fee for BJ's. I think it was $35. So worth it and not a bad price. All of the forums I visit are so helpful but I do like the smaller atmosphere here at the Biggest Loser. On some of the larger ones you get lost in the crowd. Yesterday I bought some items at a Farmer's Market. I was excited about that. I bought granola, zuchinni (spelling?) bread, apple butter, and pear butter. I like buying from Farmer's Markets because they use fresh ingredients and no additives. I will try to frequent that particular one and another one I am aware of especially since I am trying to eat more fruits and veggies now. I am also trying to make some of the recipes I get from this website and others so I don't get bored.

I have a wedding to go to tomorrow and that is always difficult when you are dieting. I have confidence that I will do okay. I'm not a big cake eater so I won't eat too much of that. I know there will be healthy options because my friend that is getting married is health conscious so it should be okay but we shall see. I was a last minute shopper and bought my dress today. I feel pretty comfortable in it so I am happy with that. Another friend is having a wedding reception in July. She snuck off and got married and we got announcements after the fact. Not too shocking I knew that was what she was going to do. Her reception food will be decadent. I will probably have more difficulty making healthy choices at hers.

Usually you can find some healthy choices. But I think it's just fine to enjoy the more decadent ones, as long as you do so in moderation. It's a wedding after all. Go ahead and celebrate, and indulge yourself a little bit! Have fun!

It's okay to enjoy life every once in awhile. Just limit portions.

I did really well at the wedding. There were healthy choices for appetizers and the main meal. I knew I could count on Becky for that. The food was really good so I was happy I did not go back for seconds. I'm not a big cake eater but I did eat a piece because it is part of the experience. One down two more to go. I forgot I am flying into Illnois for my brothers wedding in June. Its that time of year.

I am happy to say that the shorts I wore last year are literally falling off of me so I need to go shopping. YEAH!!!! I am looking forward to that.

I have been doing the bare minimum for exercising. Maybe 2-3 times a week when I really need to be doing 5 times. My two classes, Yoga and Water Kickboxing will be ending next month so I won't have those two days automatically built in. I've decided to stop paying for classes when I have a million options at Bally's for a bargain price of $15.97 a month. My membership is paid off so I am only paying dues. Besides my mom is a member too and she will go to classes with me two times a week. Also I needed to do some creative thinking for my two tvs. The way my bedroom is set up and I love it that way it is difficult for me to do floorwork and see the tv. So I decided to move my one dvd player to the living room and that solves that issue. In the next month or so I will buy myself a dual dvd player and vcr which will allow me to use my old Taebo tapes. My mom's gift for me once I reach my goal or at least 50% of my goal is to buy me a TV with dual vcr and dvd player. I am definitely looking forward to that. So I am hoping that I will incorporate more cardio into my exercise routine that is what it has been lacking lately and that's why I have been maintaining and/or loosing slowly. I am looking at reworking my diet too.
