I'd love to give water kick boxing a go but they don't have classes here. I have also found doing workouts every day makes it much harder to do them. If I feel unable to do them I'll take a day off and do some gentle exercise instead (such as swimming). Don't feel too guilty if you need to take a day off. Eat right and go back the next day instead.

Knowing myself really well is what helps me most times. I don't always follow what I know and that's what gets me in trouble sometimes. That's why being a part of this forum, 3 Fat Chicks, "Fit Club", family, friends, and my boyfriend are so helpful. Everyone helps to reel me in. Everyone helps me with my reality testing like "don't you think that is a bit much", etc. I need that every now and then. It helps me not to overdo it. It's mostly with the exercise that I tend to overdo it so I will really check myself on that.
I am still doing pretty good food wise. My official weigh in is on Sunday. I don't know if I will meet my goal of 213 but I will be closer to it.

Thanks Nicky & Missy I appreciate all of the encouragement. I got home from BJ's a few hours ago. I spent a tad bit over my budget but that is okay. I feel prepared to continue with this lifestyle change because I stocked up on healthy snacks and meals. When you eat 6 times a day it is easy to go through a lot of food but buying in bulk keeps me ready to go. I always feel reenergized once I shop for the right type of foods.

Not to mention eating 6 times a day is pricy. I hate that my groceries always cost so much, but I'm happy I'm losing weight. *lol*

I agree Missy that the grocery bill can be pricey but of course we are worth it. Tomorrow is weigh in day. I don't think I will make it to my goal of 213 but I'm okay with that. I am so happy that I am nearly 1/2 through the month, time is flying, and I am doing so well. I'm not quite sure I will make my Memorial Day goal but I am sure I will make my July 4th goal of 199. Oh the joy I would feel to be in "onederland" again. Me and the "Fit Club" girls would have to celebrate.

Do you have to pay anything to shop at BJ's? I know that Cosco charges for membership. I just like to go in and look around at all the bulk items.
I think it is great that you are involved in so many different forums. I am trying to branch out myself; but this one is my favorite. (No I am not biased).
Keep up the hard work and you will be at 199 or below before you know it!

I think it's good you are on many other forums as well, it offers you tons more ideas and lots of different advice that you get from here. I am only on this board and then a community in Livejournal. I absolutely love message boards.
