hello all,
well i decided to start my journal.I started this weighing 217 i now weigh 196.i want to loose about 20 more pounds,but i feel like i have lost my motivation.My husband and i are going through hard times.maybe this has something to do with it.(men can be such meanies some times) I have three children age 7,2,and 10 months,work 30 hrs a week and go to school full time,it just is all so overwhelming sometimes okay so i just needed to get this all of my chest. my husband and i are split up as of saturday, i dont know if i did the right thing or not by asking him to go,but i will see. how do you know when its over.I have to find a wat to get motivated again,if anyone has any suggestion let me know,thanks for listening.

firstly i would like to say welcome to the boards, i hope you find writing a journel very helpful, it has helped me alot!!
well done on your weight loss so far, you have done fantastic!!! everyone on here is so helpful and theres always loads of advice!!
You are certainly going through some hard times right now, and i do believe being able to write it down helps as it gives you time to reflect.
You must be so busy with three children and working and going to school, you must be exhausted, My advice to you would be if you can, i know it can be hard with the kids! is try and get some time to unwind just for you,even if it is just for half an hour,

thanks so much for the replies, i really think that this journal will help with the weightloss and my other issues.its nice to know that there is people out there who understands what your going through , thanks and god bless

First of all, congratulations on the weight loss you have already achieved. I think that is awesome! Men...cant live with them, cant live without them. You will know in time if you have made the right decision or not. Do what is best for you and your children. Dont let anyone else tell you otherwise.
Sounds like we have another "Spark Plug Mama" on the boards. How do you find time to study?? I dont think you came here looking for motivation. You have already lost a ton of weight. I think you came here in search of people who will support the positive foundation that you have already built for yourself. Every day you continue with the positive choices you have been making, the foundation will become stronger and tougher to break. Just make sure that you dont turn that foundation into a fortress where nobody can see/find the real you. Dont let life tear you down, or let you live in fear. Instead, let it build you back up into a pillar of strength!! Keep us posted with your progress.
