Well guys, I just did the biggest loser workout last night. I must say it kind of kicked my butt. I did the 1st workout that did light aerobics with the warm up and cool down. I found some of it very hard to do being so overweight but what I couldn't do I did the side to side steps continously as good ole bob suggested.

Great job Ruby!!

Stick with it, you can do it. Like you said just do the modifications until you're able to do it the regular way. You're moving, that's the most important thing. Keep up the good work.

I can't wait to get my DVD and start those workouts. I'm sure they will be very hard at first...but with the willpower and motivation will become easier over time. Stick with it!
