99.9 % of the time I do have faith in myself. So I will dig myself out of this and be good to go.

I started my Water Kickboxing class on 4/9. LOVED IT!!!! The first class was cancelled on 4/2 then last week was Easter but we are back on this Sunday. I am excited about that. Can't wait. I will probably take it again in the summer if I can find another day/night besides Sunday.

I started Yoga this past Tuesday. It's for beginners but she said we will progressively add poses. It will be challenging but good.

My co-worker is certified to teach swimming and I will be working with her to improve my strokes so I can develop some type of swim routine. I am looking forward to that.

At some point I want to work my way up to Spinning. We will see how long that takes.

I really do enjoy exercising it's food that I need to work on. I have started to gather recipes and I have made one so far. I think eating the same thing bored me. Making recipes and eating different things may help. I hope so.

I am the same way you are. I do enjoy many forms of exercise. I have never really been a couch potato. But I just love food. A lot of food!! But I know that if you only exercise, and don't alter your eating habits, you're not going to see a whole lot of change in your weight. I hate doing it, and I wish you could just exercise more, to get the weight off, but we do have to restrict our calories. Bummer! But think how great you'll feel when that weight melts off. When you can zip those jeans with no problem what-so-ever. When nothing cuts into your waist, and is uncomfortable. When you can throw on jeans or sweats, and a simple t shirt, and feel pretty cute, instead of like a slob!
It's so totally worth it.

swimming is my favorite form of excersize, water kick boxing sounds interesting, though i'm not sure there will be any classes near me.

I've also found the recipes on here are great and tried a few. I'll be posting my own once I can perfect them, its a bit more experimentation right now. taking the time to prepare my own healthy food seems to make it a lot more enjoyable. I've also found that by sitting to the dinner table and not eating in front of the television makes a big difference too.

I am doing so much better with food. I just had to dig in again and remind myself how hard I've been working. I will post my weight and change my tracker on May 3. TOM may be here by then but we shall see. I think my goal was to lose 4 pounds. Maybe, maybe not. No predictions.
