1 pound off is great. It seems Army Spice is doing us proud. My weigh in is tomorrow, I hope I've done as well as you.

Army Spice! (hehe)...Watch out for this one guys!

Congratulations on the pound lost. That is fantastic. Still biking to work? That has got to be fun; especially if the weather holds up. Just past the eye exam eh? Dont feel bad. I flunked my vision test for my job renewal physical. I was "suspended" until I got new contacts and a clean bill of health. Those charts are a little ridiculous though.

I am glad you like swiming. I woul love to swim again; but the thought of seeing myself in a bathing suit is scary. How many times a week do you go? Do you alternate your cardio daily or weekly? I hear it is good to change it up in order to keep your body guessing.

Keep up the great work and let us know how the next weigh in goes. And the quest for the driver's license too!

arrgh!! Now my head is itching!!! We ( preschool) went on a fieldtrip to a park, and hiked through the woods a bit. Ticks are thick now. We checked after we got done, and found few on some kids. ( not attached yet or anything). Anyway, I felt like I had them crawling on me all day! I kept shaking out my hair! And sure enough, I did find one crawling on my shirt!!!
I have never experienced nits ( lice, we call them here). KNOCK ON WOOD!!! I hope you are washing EVERYTHING so you don't get a recurrence. Good luck Helena!

Good luck. I remember when my daughter was in preschool and came home with the little friends. What fun we had--she had and still has long thick curly, curly, curly hair.

Oh, that must have been hard! My niece got them. She had really long hair -- not curly though. But they ended up cutting a lot of it off. Sad! I hope you didn't have to do that.

No we worked to hard to get her hair to grow and past the bushy stage to cut it off. I don't know who cried more her or me each night as we combed it out. Now even if her head starts to itch she wants us to check it several times.
