Weigh in on Thursday 251 dropped 3 pounds, not bad for a soso week, I ordered the biggest losser dvd work out I will let you know how it is going with that when it gets here.
Today is sunday and I feel like crap I really do hate PMS, well that is about all that I have to say for now I will try and get back tomorrow.

Congratulations on your weight loss! You are definitely doing something right!
I am pms-ing too. Exercise helps, but it's so hard to get moving when I feel this way! But it's worth it! It will make us feel better, if we just suck it up, and do it.

yup..exercise is supposed to work wonders for pms cramps..so get out there and work it out!!

3 lbs That's great -especially for a so-so week! I hope it motivates you to keep after it. I love the BL DVD, I hope you find it good too.

Congratulations on the 3 pound drop. I hardly call that a so-so week. Do you have any idea how many calories you have to work off to achieve that kind of a loss? You should be proud of yourself! Keep up the great work!

thanks for the incouragement, it was mostly water but hey I will take it. I just got the BL dvd and omg it is harder then you would think, I couldn't believe the way it brought up the heart rate, jeeze, I got through it, but had a difficult time with the squats, feel the burn is an understatement.
Plus I couldn't believe how much it made me sweat. I haven't worked out that hard in a long time.

I did the strength trainning portion of the dvd today, I am sore, I have used muscles that I haven't used in a long time. shoot my heart rate goes up during the warm up session. I can not believe how big I have gotten. But hopefully with good support from family and friends along with exercise and eating right I can get to what I want.

well today is thursday and if I could skip it I would I knew that the pms week would kick my butt but I am not giving up. I worked out again today, I as going to take the day off and let my body adapt to this physical stress I am putting it through but got to feeling guilty and after the weigh in this morning I am glad I did it.
I am a chocolate and potatoe chip person that week of the dreed and this week weigh in showed it but I am not giving up, I will prevail.
I wasn't going to post it but I have to be honest if I am going to get anywhere and No More hiding, I am putting it out in the open.
