Today begins week 2 of the BL Challenge. Food wise last week was good. The only exercise I did was walking, which isn't a bad thing, but I need to step it up a little.
Stepped on the scale this morning for my official weigh-in and for week one... I lost 11 pounds!!!!!
I think one thing that is really helping me is I am being diligent about writing down exactly what I eat.
Hubby is doing well too!! For his 1st week back on weight watchers he lost 16.5 pounds!!!
And the good thing for me is - after one week I am still excited about this!
