I have to agree with Jules here. Dont make any room for McDonald's. There is never just one trip there. You have to ask yourself; is what is in that paper bag worth all the sweating and dieting I have been doing for so long? I dont think it is. But if you HAVE to go; then get a kids meal. That way the portions arent so big. I dont think there is anything wrong with an occasional treat; but know your limits. If you know you will have a hard time locating the shut off button, dont even go there. Better yet, make your own cheeseburger!
