Don't hang on to those slip-ups. Learn from them and realize how much benefit you get every time you do something good for your body. Healthy living isn't easy for some people for a variety of reasons, but we're all capable of being healthy, just going to take time.

Hi Laurie,

I have to agree with Jules here. Dont make any room for McDonald's. There is never just one trip there. You have to ask yourself; is what is in that paper bag worth all the sweating and dieting I have been doing for so long? I dont think it is. But if you HAVE to go; then get a kids meal. That way the portions arent so big. I dont think there is anything wrong with an occasional treat; but know your limits. If you know you will have a hard time locating the shut off button, dont even go there. Better yet, make your own cheeseburger!

You have done so well so far. Dont give in! We are all inspired by what you have done. Keep up the great work. "This too shall pass..."
