Today is suppose to be hubby's 1st day at work... but he is sick! He felt terrible having to call in, but he has been sick since Thursday. he is going to the doctor this morning. His new boss was understanding, which Tom was really worried about. He felt terrible having to call into work his 1st day. I felt really bad for him... but I know he feels miserable.
I didn't weigh in this morning. I know I had a terrible week so I am scared to stepo on the scale.
I am bringing hubby to the doctor this morning

Ack! I remember I had to call in to work on my first day sick as well once. I felt so terrible and thought I looked so unprofessional.

Glad his boss was understanding. Good luck facing the scale. I had the same issue after we came back from Duluth and i was up 4 lbs I have lost 3.5 of them so it helped me get back on track to face the truth.

just got back from the doctor. Just a bad case of the flu. YUCK!!
I have decided that I am not going to face the scale this week. I am going to get back on track and chauk this up as a free week. I still have a dress to fit into by easter - so I have LOTS of work to do. Won't be around for a couple days... working in Madison WI so I'll catch up with you all later. Hope everyone is doing well. I honestly haven't even had anyttime to read. I am looking forward to this weekend so I can play catch-up

Sorry that your hubby has been hit by the flu bug. At least his employer isnt holding it against him. I am sure you had a good week, but kudos to you for being able to resist the scale for another week. I wish I could have the willpower to leave mine alone for more than a day. Have a good week!

hi nicky hope hubbys well and dont worry that he missed his first day just one of those things thats all im sure his boss will be understanding.

Hi All, Just thought I would stop in for a minute and say hi. My hubby is so nice... he shares everything with me... including his illness

I have been sick all week with the wonderful flu.
I have been off work since Tuesday and having out in our bathroom. I am working from home today. The good thing is the scale shows me down 3 pounds (I know, not the best way to lose it)
