I love CSI. It's one of my favourite shows..along with Criminal Minds, Everybody Loves Raymond and of course Biggest Loser.

Got up and went to the gym today and did cardio for an hour on the elliptical. I burned 854 calories, I'm a happy camper. *lol*
|

I still need to lose 2.5 pounds in order to meet my goal this week...ack!

Great job on the eliptical trainer! I hope to get on one sometime this year. Do you use any other cardio machines or just the eliptical? Right now I am just stuck on the treadmill. If I had my own home gym, I'd do it all! I just feel a little self consious at the gym on things I dont have endurance on. I know I know, practice makes perfect! Good luck with the trainer butt kicking and the weigh in. Let us know how you are doing!

I really only like to use the elliptical..I feel I get the best workout with it.
The treadmill hurts my ankle that I twisted awhile ago if I am on it too long...and I don't burn enough calories to my liking on the stationary bike.
I used to love the treadmill...now it just hurts to much 
|

I did really well at work today. I sold 6 Overdraft Protections to people...I think I am doing really well compared to some of the others that were in my training class. I'm liking the new job so far.
Tomorrow I work with the trainer again...upper body day, so my arms are gonna be sore when I'm done!

Very well done on your work success and wow, your workouts seem to be going really well - 854 calories?! Wow- I normally burn about 300 in my workouts!

I've almost reached my goal for this week...I weighed myself this morning at 236 pounds! I need to lose 1 more pound by Sunday now in order to make my 5 pound goal for the week! I'm so happy!
