Got up and ate 1/2 a banana, some low fat cheese and a cup of granola with skim milk.

Then went to the gym and went on the elliptical for 60min at level 10.

I even got a full 8 hours sleep last night and I feel great today

I usually get between 8-10 hours a night...but for the last week I was only getting about 6...so I'm happy to be back on track

Well I just finished eating my breakfast and I'm ready to get to the gym to workout with my trainer...it leg day today and it's my hardest workout that I have with the trainer. It hurts so much! I know I can get through it and that I can do it...it's just one of those workouts I can't wait until it's finished

How can you think about pain with a guy like THAT standing over you?? I have always thought Canadian men were HOT! I want to be a hockey wife in my next life.

Have a great workout! Then you can come home, have hot tea and soak your aching body in a hot tub. That is my plan!! When is the next weigh in?

I hope your workout went well! I don't have a trainer, but sometimes on workout videos, when I'm doing what seems to be endless lunges, or something like that, I can really understand the tears we see from TBL contestants. It does hurt, so much!!! And I get to the point too, where I think there's no way I can do another! It feels like my muscles have just revolted -- on strike -- not going to do anything anymore!
That's where I think trainer would be so nice. Well, maybe 'nice' isnt' quite the right word! But someone right there, in your face, telling you 'you can do it!'
Anyway -- I hope your relaxing, pampering yourself a little bit, right now.
You ought to feel great for what you've accomplished!

Thanks for the kind words guys!

My workout went really well, I even sweat more today than I normally do
My body always hurts while I am doing the exercise, but it's funny how just after you finish and wait like 1/2 an hour...your body feels great! Maybe it's just natural to feel awesome knowing you just finished doing something good for your body.

My next weigh in, weigh in isn't until Sunday....but I have a tendency to check my weight everyday out of curiousity...I was down another pound today...that made me happy.

I actually only have to lose 3 more pounds by Sunday to reach my goal for the week of losing 5 pounds.

I just got home from work and thought I'd post...yeah, I was bored *lol*

For supper I had a nice big salad with low fat cheese, turkey breast, croutons and low fat italian dressing. It was yummy.

I drank tons of water today too, I had been slacking, but today I started to get back on track.

Think I'll go curl up on the couch and watch some CSI now
