Sounds like you had a really good workout and you are so close to your goal!!! You're right, now you need to focus on your exercise plan to maintain your weight loss plus get healthier.

Wow, you are closing in on your goal weight. That must be an awesome feeling. I cant wait for my turn. Takes a lot of gutts to turn down pasta, but you did it! I wouldnt worry about missing the gym if you have been walking instead. It isnt like you have been doing nothing at all. But there is no substitute for the great feelings you experience after a hard workout. I dont know about you, but I feel like taking over the world after a good sweat session. Keep up the great work! You are just about there!

I weighed in this morning and lost another 1lb - only 5 more to go now to get to goal! It's slow but steady at the moment but that's okay

After my weigh-in, I went to the gym and had a great workout - I did 5k on the treadmill (a combination of running, jogging and brisk walking), followed by 15 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 minutes stepper and 5 minutes rowing machine. I felt great afterwards - I hope to get in plenty of gym time this week

Way to go Fiona! It's so encouraging to see people reach their goals. Don't you just feel so great after a workout where you know you've pushed yourself a little bit farther? I know that's how we improve and progress, but I find it very difficutl to do. I don't have that competitive edge I guess!
Great job -- I'm sure you'll reach your goal weight soon!!

Good job on losing a pound and I think that's awesome you have only 5 more pounds to go to get to your goal! You are doing such an awesome job!
