I weighed in this morning and lost another 1lb - only 5 more to go now to get to goal!

It's slow but steady at the moment but that's okay
After my weigh-in, I went to the gym and had a great workout - I did 5k on the treadmill (a combination of running, jogging and brisk walking), followed by 15 minutes on the exercise bike, 5 minutes stepper and 5 minutes rowing machine. I felt great afterwards - I hope to get in plenty of gym time this week
