Missy...that is so great to hear. I was diagnosed with Agoraphobia, Anxiety, and Depression back in December of 04. Yeah,I'm like that in the mornings too. I only want me green tea with lemon in the AM. I try to drink a glass of juice or something too, but I have to force myself.
I find it easiest to drink the water in the evening. I can really chug it down. But if I do it too close to bed time, then I'm up several times during the night to potty.

I came to the realization today that I have not once skipped on my diet for over a month. This entire month I have been really good! I'm proud of that, because I used to give in to my cravings all the time.

I think the fact that I was able to do this was the motivation my trainer and bf gave me. Also I am finding this whole lifestyle change very easy. I eat 6 meals a day and I never feel hungry.

I am going to weigh myself again tomorrow...I have a feeling I lost a bit more...so we'll see...

I started my new job on Monday and so far it's going pretty good. Right now I am currently in training for a week, so it's not too bad. It seems like a lot of information to take in, but I'm sure it will all come together eventually (I hope...lol)

I haven't cheated on my diet either!! YAY!!! Although I did speak with the health manager at the gym and my calorie intake has changed because I have lost weight...I am now to eat 1872 calories/per day instead of 2140. He has also changed our diet to having NO CARBS every other day, but we get a cheat day on Sundays! WEEEEEEEEEE! I like that!!

Well today I cheated a little, but only because I haven't cheated on my diet AT ALL for over a month, probably closer to 2 months. At work they brought in pizza today and I had 2 slices, but I still drank my water

I didn't take any pop...*lol*

Plus I have a huge intense workout tomorrow with my trainer, so I'll burn off the extra calories.

My new job is going awesome so far. It's a lot of information to take in but I hope it all comes together soon. I have been a bit stressed out this week because of having to learn all these new things and being anxious about starting the job on my own this coming Tuesday.

I have been good with my eating, I have been slacking a bit on my water and I need to kick it back into high gear.

I weighed in this morning at 239 pounds....I can't believe I've lost 22 pounds so far!!! I am so happy with myself.

Glad to hear the job is going well. The first couple weeks are always nerve wracking as there is so much information to take in. But it will all settle down soon enough. Hang in there.

Congrats on the 22 lbs gone!!!! That is awesome.
