Lady Jami's Journal

I am somewhat pleased with myself today. I managed to stay on course, and cook healthy.
Tonight's dinner was Chicken Breast (Skinless of course) and 1/2 cup rice, and steamed veggies. I was actually full when I finished. I took small bites, and kept telling myself that after this, all I could have was water for the rest of the night. I'm a huge water drinker as it stands, so, that's really nothing new. I just cake have that brownie, or chips and cheese at 1am like I'd like to.
I also made sure I had sugar-free Jello on hand. I figure to deny myself things like sweets is to set myself up for failure. I just keep telling myself that in order to make this a lifetime change, I need to make sure I make choices I can live with easily.
*Does a happy dance* Size 7 here I come!!!! WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

How ironic, I was just commenting on your journal. We posted comments at the exact same time! Must be the happy dance!

Try the sugar free pudding with some fat free whipped topping. Pretty good stuff and not much more calories than the jello! yum!

Talking Jell-O

Hi

Let me be the first to say that I love the name. Big Girl Bigger Heart. Thin people just dont seem to understand that do they? What is your favorite flavor of Jell-o? I love the Black Cherry and Orange.

Have you tried the Light and Lively Smoothies? 70 Cals and they are so yummy. I think I saw a peach one, and strawberry bananna.

Talking Yogurt

Yes tastes just like yogurt only you drink it. No idea why it is 20 cals less than what comes in a yogurt container. Tastes the same.
