I took the challenge and just got on the scales - wish I hadn't as I am 110kg.

Last time I weighed myself (to do the application for the Aussie Biggest Loser) I was 106kg.
My BMI is 40.4 !!!!
Oh dear.
But it's a new start for me!
I want to get to 70kg (I'm 165cm tall).
So my first set of goals are:
Drink min 2 litres of water each day.
Go to the gym mim three times a week.
Weigh myself once a week on a Monday.
I'll stick to those goals for now and then revise them as I go .
