And I find it a pain when things are in pounds :lol so I just halve it, so you can just double something you see in kilos (it's only a rough conversion though)

What a coincidence! I hate seeing my weight in pounds! Lbs, Kgs. Cant they choose a term that is less ugly? I want to feel like a human and not like a sack of potatos when I weigh in.

I particularly like 156.9 cookies

Everything that deals with weight is so mean sounding. (M**** Obese, Morbidly Obese, and the list goes on) No wonder people of size get ripped on all the time. Here people dont pay attention to what size you are, unless it is the size of your heart.

Just remember...you do not = your weight. It isnt who you are, or what you are. In this case, the whole does not equal the sum of it's parts. YOU are MORE than your weight. Hope that makes sense.

I keep "forgetting" to weigh myself - too scared to.
But I will do it next Monday - it will be three weeks then.
I'm not expecting a loss though .
