15 minute dance session sounds like fun. So now you are the "Dancin' Spark Plug Mama." Hey it burns calories, but even better than that, it is quality time spent with your daughter.
Is your sister ok? Hope she comes home soon.
How is the new job going for your hubby? Glad all that was ironed out. 4 full days off. Wow. You two should plan to have some alone time...get a sitter and enjoy yourselves for a few hours.

Carrie...you are right - I wouldn't mind if my pants started to fall to my ankles. lol The way I took it with the dance session was quality time - I didn't even think about how many calories I was burning at the time. My sister is okay - she is diabetic and she is always in and out of the hospital. This time she had to go in b/c she had a Carbunkel (not sure on spelling)...it is a large cyst on her head...the last bad one she had made her go bald in the crown of her head...they are horrible. It is a huge infection and when she gets them it wipes her out - her immune system just can't fight anything.

My husbands job is working out great - he really likes his schedule. He works 12 hour shifts - 4 days on 4 days off....by the 4th day on he is ready for a day off. lol We are going to be pretty busy on the days he is off work - he is going to be working on my brother's car tomorrow and Monday. Then he will be working @ my mom's house Monday or Tuesday. My day Monday will be busy running to doctor's appointments and making important phone calls...urgh! It just never ends.

Ah so now there is a Mr Spark Plug! Makes perfect sense! So much for the days off!

I am sorry to hear about your sister. I have had a Pylinidal Cyst (why are medical terms so hard to spell??) before and it hurt like nobody's business. I can only imagine what your sister is going through. I hope she will return home soon. Is there somebody to look in on her from time to time? I hope she feels better soon. If she is anything like you, she will be a fighter and get through this tough time. I wish your family the best.
Sounds like your daughter is turning into a Mini Ellen with the dancing moves! Not all cardio has to be unpleasent. I bet you are burining more calories than you think with all that extra running around and dancing!
Keep up the great work! Cant wait to see what sort of damage you do next weigh in.

My sister is not due out of the hospital for awhile...they are getting stuff out of her head 4 times a day and repacking it. They said they don't want her to go home until it is all taken out. I talked to her again today and she sounds good - she is really missing her son. She has a 9 year old daughter and 6 year old son. Her family lives with her husband's sister and his family...lots in the household to check on her.
