ok im back, where did i go. no where really, ive just been flat out, and not exactly in the best mood or spirits. but for the first time, i didnt eat emotionally. i kept up with the gym and healthier eating. i know i havnt updated for awhle. im just about to finish week 4. and so far im steadily loosing 1 kg a week. if i can keep that up ill be fine. its better then nothing.

what hapened to the australian section on the site?

Glad you are back -you were missed. I wasn't sure if you'd moved on with the Australian site moving. Cookie posted a thread about it somewhere and Aaron responded without details that it still existed but had to be separated. *shrugs* Don't know what that's about but this site's open to people from anywhere.
Glad you're back and I'm so happy for you that you resisted eating emotionally. You're already stronger than when you started. Take care girl and I hope you're in better spirits soon.

im actually fitting into old clothes, that havnt fitted me for months. everythings good here. another 5kg, and im going to go and get a makeover i think.

Well done. The low points are always the most trying. Your weight loss is amazing. Keep motivated, you will get there. I watched the season 2 episode of the biggest loser where Pete wins $100 000 and seeing how well they had all done has really fired me up. Sooooo to cut a long story short your success gives me hope and keeps me motivated too.
