Hello everybody!! I have been sooooooooo lazy this weekend. I have not left my house since Friday evening. We had an ice storm Friday night so the roads have been slick and I haven't really had anywhere to go so I haven't even ventured out. Alot of the ice melted today so hopefully when I leave for work in the morning the roads won't be too bad.

I have been so bored sitting at home and we all know where boredom leads.....OVER EATING!! In all reality I didn't do too bad but I know I've eaten more than what I should've and what I wanted to. I did get up yesterday morning and workout but I haven't done anything today but sit on my booty. Oh well, I guess we all deserve a day of rest huh? Back to the real world tomorrow.

I hope everybody else has had a great weekend if you're one of the lucky ones that have the day off work tomorrow enjoy it!!

Hi Susie,

Hope the ice and snow has cleared for you by now. Our snow has mostly gone away, but it is frigid outside. Ran outside to get something out of my car and almost froze to death. When is it all going to end???
Stuck going in to work tomorrow, but at least I get to sleep in. I dont have to be there until 7am. Much better than 5:25am or 5:00am. Hope to see you and Elizabeth soon in chat or on the boards.

~Carrie

Well, I had a great weekend at my parents. I got to eat a lot of good food and even had a glass of wine (and I stayed within my points!) This just seemed to be the weekend to veg out and enjoy ourselves a little bit. It is still so cold here! I am dreading going to work tomorrow morning!

Everyone needs a day of rest Susie, I am sure you and Bob will get together tomorrow!

Can't wait to chat with you all again!

I'm glad you had a great time at your parents. How did your Mom take the motivation you took with you? Did she notice your weight loss?

Yes, I had my date with Bob this morning. Boy, he sure makes me sweat.

My mom was very motivated when I left! I am so glad I went, even though I am so tired today!

I've done pretty good so far today. This morning I woke up and worked out for 45 minutes.

Had a spoonful of peanut butter after my work out around 7:00 am.

Later had 1 package of instant oatmeal around 9:00 am.

Lunch was a frozen Lean Cuisine cheese pizza. Ate 1/2 of it around 12:30 pm and the other half at 2:30 pm.

It's almost 4:30 right now and I feel like I need a snack but I'm going to hold off for a little while.

Isn't it weird how when you spread your eating out the hungrier you seem to be? I know that's a good thing though, means your burning calories instead of pigging out on a big meal at one time and feeling stuffed for hours.

Not sure what I'm going to have for dinner tonight. I'm going to try to keep it light. I've got to make up for this weekend when I ate way too much.

Just make sure you don't spread yourself too thin there Susie! That isn't very many calories! Try a piece of fruit in the afternoon. Hope you had a nice dinner with a salad, too few calories in 1 day could help jumpstart things, just don't do that too many days in a row or you will do like I did and starve your body. Have a great day!

Thanks Elizabeth. I really should've had a piece of fruit around 4:30 or so. I was starving by dinner. I had baked fish, long grain rice and turkey gravy for dinner last night. I know it sounds weird but the Cambell's turkey gravy in the can is really good on everything. It's only got 1 gram fat per serving. I'm sure it has lots of sodium in it but it sure is good.

Where did you get the WW scale? Wal-Mart?

My Monday was like this - extremely boring. Sunday is my "deep cleaning" day so I was cleaning house most of the day...that and doing laundry. I usually eat when I'm bored, too...I have stopped doing this and yesterday I worked out when I became bored with the magazine I was reading.
