I bought 2 pairs of shorts before summer, one too small and one just right. Now the too small is just right and the just right is too big

Feels great doesn't it?

Thanks! I get a kick out of them too. I think they can do a lot to help somebody if they are having a tough day. And who hasnt had a few of those? I like my posts to be unique as well.

Well today went pretty well too. I did good with points just didn't get my liquids in today but I will tomorrow. I can tell I have lost some as things fit a little different. Not alot but maybe a coulpe pounds. I might break down and weigh myself tomorrow. I was going to wait til Mon but I think I might tomorrow so I can be encouraged through the weekend. I am going to post another pic from the wedding we were in. It is just my husband and I in this one so you can see us better.

I know taking on the amount of water you should have each day isn't easy. I use a 1/2 litre bottle and fill it 4 times, it doesn't seem so much and I keep it on my desk during the day. I take a 1/2 litre to the gym too.

Well I don't think I have lost any weight but I haven't gained either. I am at the water weight gain time of the month and I am keeping my cravings in check. I have only had one bad day and that was Sat we had a big party for my parents 50th. Otherwise I have been doing pretty good. So I am happy with how I am doing and I know in a week when this time passes I will start dropping if I keep it up.
