I am really happy. I started his supplements lastnight so hopefully he will start feeling better soon. I am sure it will take a few weeks to see results. Now i have to dogs to train in agility and run in trials which means more excercise for me which means a skinnier me. lol

Whew I just got done running another 2 miles on the eliptical. Man that is a work out. I ran it in 20.40 this time which is a little slower than last but i started off slower as I was going to walk but changed my mind. I still don't get why people enjoy running but it does feel good when your done. I am feeling pretty good today and plan on weighing myself tomorrow. My official weigh in day is Monday. I want to be down to 145 by this weekend as it is state bowling for women and I am going with my girlfriends and want to look extra good as they haven't seen me in awhile. I think I might go buy something new to wear out. We usually all go shopping while we are there and then go out one night. I would have to lose 5.5 lbs from my last weigh in to reach my goal, that is alot but if I don't quite make it I will atleast come close and I will be out of the 150's. YEAH!

Sounds like you are making some serious progress. I bet your friends will be blown away by how you look. I wish we could see a bigger size of your avatar. Looks like a great pic.

Glad your dog is on the road to recovery from whatever it was feeling under the weather from. I know how much you love your dogs and it must be hard to see them in any type of discomfort or distress.

2 miles on the elliptical must seem like an eternity. Do you have your own or go to a gym? I would love to have my own. That is great progress doing 2 miles. Who cares about the speed? Anyone who can get on one of those machines is really a tough cookie. Keep up the great work and soon you will be waving adios to the 150's. I am hoping to do the same very soon!

We live with my parents while my husband goes to college and they have one. I really like it just don't like using it lol. It is a nordictrack so it is a nice machine and it really gives you a work out with out the pounding but I just hate running lol. I don't care to much about the time except when I was in the army (for only a month) I had to run the 2 mile in like 21.42 so to beat that time is a huge high for me and gives me something to work for. It has been windy and rainy here lately and I want to get out and walk but it just isn't working out so I have decided to get my butt on that machine. I think I will make that my 21 day challenge. I wont everyday but say 3 times a week maybe? hmmmm I would love to see the result from that.

Well weighed in today and I am down to 150. It's like your body knows when your trying to get under a certain number and it just wants to hang on to it. lol I am happy with the 1/2 lb gone though and am going to say goodbye to 150's in the next couple days.

Hi Theresa, 1/2 a pound off is going in the right direction, well done. I love the eliptical cross trainer at the gym. My program has 20 mins use of this and each time i push just a little bit more to up the distance.
