Whew I just got done running another 2 miles on the eliptical. Man that is a work out. I ran it in 20.40 this time which is a little slower than last but i started off slower as I was going to walk but changed my mind. I still don't get why people enjoy running but it does feel good when your done.

I am feeling pretty good today and plan on weighing myself tomorrow. My official weigh in day is Monday. I want to be down to 145 by this weekend as it is state bowling for women and I am going with my girlfriends and want to look extra good as they haven't seen me in awhile. I think I might go buy something new to wear out. We usually all go shopping while we are there and then go out one night. I would have to lose 5.5 lbs from my last weigh in to reach my goal, that is alot but if I don't quite make it I will atleast come close

and I will be out of the 150's. YEAH!
