Thankyou, Thankyou Carrie! Your words were so encouraging. Yesterday I said good-bye to my family home and all the memeories that went with it- all the memories of my Dad before he died. I feel very wrung out today, but it is all good. I feel empowered by yesterday and therefore ready to look outside the square to get help for my daughter. I pigged out on Pringles and chocolate Saturday, but don't feel the need to now. I am so thankful for this site, and for your words of valadation and encouragement Carrie. I am looking forward to tonights episode of The Biggest Loser, and tomorrow I will start walking again. I'm so glad the sun still shines! Cheers, Misty

I am so glad that you got to say goodbye in a way that would honor both your father, and your memories of him. I cant imagine ever losing a parent. But he will always live on, in you. I am sure he is looking down on you right now and he is very proud of you, as are we (on the forum). It takes a strong person to want to change, and an even stronger person to do it. You are on your way and we are all here for you.

I can understand the pringles binge. You really cant stop once you pop! Do they have the 100 calorie packs of Pringles there in Australia? Try them, I cant tell the difference. Or the Baked Lays. They really do taste like chips.

Thank you for your kind words as well. I am so glad that I can make somebody else feel better. If I can help just one person, then I know I have done my job. But I am selfish, I want to help everyone I possibly can!
