Circuit 1: Wide Grip Pulldown 75lbs, Lying Leg Raises, Jumping Jacks
Circuit 2: Seated Row 75lbs, Lunges, Straight Leg Squat Thrust
Circuit 3: Backward Lunge, Jumping Squat
Circuit 4: Reverse-Grip Curls 7.5kg, Scissors, Jumping Jacks
Circuit 5: Hammer Curls 7.5kg, Reverse Crunches, Jumping Rope
Cool Down
1100 calories burned

cardio workout today 950 calories burned. I dropped 1kg (just over 2lbs) this week. Woo HOO

did a workout today but was felling a little ill as i'm fiting a cold. had a nice swim and sauna afterwards, 1100 ish cals burned

been resting this week due to a bad cold but its all but over. Dropped a further 1kg this week

So Saturday did all cardio for just over 1 hour and just over 1100 calories burned.
Super Circuits today and again just over 1100 calories burned.

Quick catch up. Monday workout 5 mini circuits burned 1100 calories
Tuesday missed gym as was feeling unwell. Same Wednesday. Back to it today again mini circuits burnde 1300 calories.
