Joysieangel is back again!!!
Hi eveyone, I know its been quite a long time since Ive been on. Lots of things have happened and changed. Not going to go into details, not enough room lol. Ive only lost a few pounds since last being here but Im back with a better positive attitude and highly motivated. I have joined a gym, trying to get my eating habits better like always. I only see positive changes happening!!!!

Well Im going to give this another try. Im sorry for popping in and out but Im finding I cant do this by myself without some positive people around me. Everyone here has always been positive and looking for the best, and I forget how much I appreciate that. In the almost last year I have put on more weight then I had originally taken off. Im eating like a horse, I never feel full, I work all the time. I tried taking the pill alli since I am so active. I know alot of it has to do with the divorce, being depressed, that sort of thing. Being by myself I try to have the positive attitude but it doesnt always come through, so here is to a new beginning with all of the happy and positive people I know, Ive started over again, but maybe getting it right this time!!!

Welcome back. I hope you stick with us and we can all get the support and encouragement we all need. Feedback is a wonderful thing.

There has been a lot going on in the last year, my divorce will be final in December, even though it was me that filed, I still felt like a failure. I was off track for a long time. I went into a deep depression, when I get depressed I turn to food. That is one thing that I have to stop doing, life is full of stress and food isnt the way to make that stress and depression go away. I have met a new man, he likes me for who I am not what I can do for him. This week alone Ive dropped almost 10 pounds, I started being more active, taking my dog for walks, Im actually doing the biggest loser work out video. My eating like always isnt the greatest, I just havent been hungry but this time Im going to do something different. Im not going to go out and buy all fruits and veggies and count everything. I want to eat like everyone else just do smaller portions. I think my stomach is shrunk a bit, last night I had some pasta salad and I didnt even finish the portion I had. It was a great feeling. I hope great things come to all of us!!!

Have you ever thought about seeing a councellor or someone who can help you deal mentally with depression and why you turn to food? I was going to one for about 6 months or so and I found it definately helped me and have a much better body image. If your eating is stemming from emotional issues, it might be good to tackle the problem with food at the root. It's really good to see you back here.
