For me, the problem when I am working out regularly, is that I tend to let the diet part of this slide. And while I do believe exercise is the key to keeping it off, diet plays an even bigger role in getting it off.
Just keep eating right. And remember, you don't have to go to the gym to get some exercise, as you've realized with your kids.
