I was finally able to weigh myself this morning. I have been having the worst sleeping patterns lately. I wake up feeling terrible and at weird times too. I am on a night shift and have been for over a year now so I'm usually sleeping between 6am-4pm (not all at once, but going to bed at different times in there) I can usually get 6-8 hours in. I think the time off for christmas and new years messed me up. Now I'm all just all turned around, I'll get 2 hours and wake up and not be tired to go back to sleep so I'll stay up for 4 hours or so then want to go back to bed.. etc.
Anyway I'm happy I didn't gain since Nov. 1. I am actually the exact same weight. But I found an old journal I had from last year and on Jan. 4, 07 I was 212lbs. Not much progress this year, but I'm not going to allow it to hold me back, I had my accident and that really got me off track in the summer.
I am going to go to the gym tomorrow and hopefully just get some good hard cardio in. I'm going on a snowboarding trip Jan. 22, so I want to get ready for that.
