Well I just got back from doing errands and 4 loads of laundry. Procrastination will get me nowhere; except naked because I didnt really have any clothes left to wear. Kinda forgot to eat lunch today too because I was busy driving around in the snow. Tomorrow it will be warmer and I can wash my car again. I HATE having a dirty car. Shoveled myself out of the carport again today and then salted the walkway and my driveway area. My 50 pound bag of RoadRunner De-Icer froze and I cant use it. (Huh??!) So I bought some new "cheap" stuff and it really works great. Bought a frame for my note from Jillian. *grin*
I am seeing significant changes in my body recently. I am still bloated from PMS; but I look to be down in inches. I am not sure what the scale will say tomorrow; but truthfully I dont give a ****. I know I dont look the number it is showing. I think I got whistled at by the frozen foods aisle today...
I am going to make a list of the things I havent eaten in I dont know how long...
NO:
Fast food
Frozen Entrees
Cheese
Bread
Cereal
Ice Cream
Non Diet Candy
Chips
Red Meat
Sugar (natrually occuring sugar in fruit doesnt count)
Salad dressing
Nutri-Grain Bars
Most processed foods (Except Veggie products)
Starchy Vegetables
Butter or Butter spray
High fat food
Bakery Products
I am very proud of myself!! Yeah it stinks; but the cravings do subside after a while. I can think of things I want much more than any of the above items.

Wow, that is an impressive list. You must be eating a lot of really fresh foods since you even have frozen entrees on that list. I've been experimenting a little bit lately with some of the healthier frozen entrees that they have at Trader Joe's...I tried a baked-not-fried low fat eggplant Parmesan that was really great, only 150 calories and very filling. Egg Plant Parm sounds really yummy. Not sure if we have Trader Joes around here. I bet I'd be lethal in there. Staying away from pizza, Taco Bell, McDonald's fries and BK Whoppers... is tough enough for me.
Well I have eaten through (well almost eaten through) a 2 lb bag of salad this weekend. Most of my fruit is canned in light syrup or water. Tuna is canned in water. The only thing frozen (aside from veggies) that I am eating is the Morningstar Veggie Crumbles. Had fresh fruit today though. I eat only a few pre-packaged things like Cottage Cheese, Sugar Free Pudding, Sugar Free Applesauce, 94% fat free popcorn, pre-packaged fruit, oatmeal (on occasion), protein shakes, taco sauce, and V8 Low Sodium tomato juice. Oh and Weight Watchers yogurt. I accidently froze a container of Lemon Weight Watchers Yogurt and it tasted BETTER THAN ICE CREAM!! Only 100 calories too!

Well I am up again. Big friggen surprise. I am really getting fed up with this. 162.6 and I seriously dont look it. I feel 10 pounds lighter than that. Guess this is just "punishment" for blowing it back in October. I seriously dont get how I could gain and I am not eating the junk from above. I will be at the gym at 6am tomorrow if it kills me. That is a promise. I want 155 by next Monday. I will not accept more than that. The way I see it; my body owes me that much for not cheating.
Certain people on the Weighins site are doing something like 450 cals every other day and are losing weight left and right. This is so not fair. I am really getting fed up.

Yeah it was some number in the 400's. I wrote both of them and asked if they were worried about "starvation mode." They said no because it was only 24 hours. I'm no doctor; but it will backfire on them. Everytime I cut calories like that; it came back to haunt me big time.

wow, I think that people who eat unhealthily like that or aren't doing all the proper things when it comes to losing weight should be disqualified from the challenge. Why reward someone for being unhealthy?

I agree...these people weigh less than I do and it is falling off them (it should be more difficult at that stage). I am beyond pissed. I can starve myself; work out like a nut and watch my weight plummet...but it isnt healthy. Eventually I will get hungry again and chow the house down. I HOPE they can control their hunger when it kicks in (and it will). Not too long ago; I went almost 3 days without a bite of food and I couldnt stand it anymore. I got to 145.2 by working my ass off. And now I cant get out of the 160's and it is totally killing me. I also have to say that my Cardiovascular system is in really good shape too. I dont know what theirs is like). I just dont get it. If I go off plan; I will gain 10 pounds faster than I can write my name and address. But stay on plan and I go nowhere. Starting tomorrow; I am LIVING in the gym again until this weight comes off. Too bad I cant get my 2 weeks paid break right now. I am not technically in the challenge; but it is my personal results that are messing with my head. How many of them can pull off what I do at the gym? I daresay; not many. Dont get me wrong; I love these people to death, but I am so pissed I am seeing green.

I hear you Carrie and Missy. I almost pulled myself out of the challenge for those reasons! I am working out an hour and a half to 2 hours daily and barely am able to even come close to what they are losing because I am eating more calories, it's kind of frustrating. If I only ate 5 to 6 hundred calories a day, my weight would plummet too. Kind of frustrating.

Starvation is NOT the way to lose weight. If people are losing a lot of weight they have to be losing water weight and muscle mass. Once they increase their caloric intake they will start packing on the pounds.
