Just weighed in and I went from 175.5 to 169.3 lbs. But the site wont accept tenths which stinks so I will only have lost 6 pounds. (175-169). So this week I lost 6.2 pounds. Wonder what would have happened if I had really tried? Next week will be better. But at least I am out of the 170's. I want to make short work of the 160's and the 150's as well. Back still hurts but hopefully not for long. My first goal is to hit the 150's by the end of this month. I dont think 10.3 lbs is that unreasonable (for the weight that I am at); but it depends on what my body wants to register. Hopefully it will want to shed this excess poundage as badly as I do.

Just wanted to show off my new tracker! For those of you who havent checked out my Weighins.com page (Too bad it doesnt register 10ths either). I couldnt stand to see a yummy gigantic burger everytime I logged into my page. This one will become more interesting when you see what is chasing the hockey player...(Ahh the suspense!)

I do tenths this way- (adding that my Dr does tenths this way too when I weighin at her office)

.5 and over goes up to the next pound
.4 and under goes down to the next pound

so 169.7 would be 170 and 169.3 would be 169

I started weighins at 204.2 and put it in at 204. My weight was 193.2 last week and I put it in as 193.

Hope this helps, you are doing great!!!!

Went from really happy this morning to really depressed. Nothing from Eric. Emailed him Saturday to see if maybe he might want to get together for a little bit sometime in the future. Still nothing. But I know how his weekends are and overall time is. If I dont hear anything by Friday I am going to really be hurt. I know he has a right to be skeptical of me because of my past behavior but what the hell do I have to do to let him know I am not that brat anymore? It's a New Year and this time things are different. I dont want anything from him but his friendship. I havent seen him since July. I havent talked to him on the phone in almost 3 months. This really is hell on earth. (Sorry for all the doom and gloom but I have to vent).

I am so depressed right now I dont even care about my weight or how much I lost this week. So instead of spending my night alone (as per usual); I am going to go to the gym and work out until I throw up. I just dont want to hurt anymore emotionally. Being fat has ruined everything I ever wanted and dreamed for myself and I am not going to stop until every last scrap of it is gone. It made me into somebody that I am not and cost me the one person that I have ever truly loved. Now I am going to be alone and miserable the rest of my life because I am unloveable and I dont trust anyone. It doesnt matter if anyone else ever did want me; as long as it isnt Eric I dont want them anywhere near me. People who say that food isnt a drug are full of crap. Binge eating is an addiction disorder. Like illegal drugs; it finds it's way into your life and system and tears everything you ever loved to shreads.

Hi,

I didnt get any IM's while I was gone. Sorry about that.
I finally got my tush to the gym. It's amazing how much pain you can put yourself through when your heart just feels numb.

1 hour backwards on level 9 Precore Elliptical Stepper (4.13 miles)
40 mins walking and 2 sprints on the treadmill (2.25 miles)

833 cals burned
40% fat burn (should have been higher but my HR was all over the place)

These results are ok; but need huge improvement. Taking almost a month off, plus the extra weight didnt help matters.
