Hi, I was wondering if maybe you could help me with a question that I had about the time frame of the show. I know that the ranch is for 12 weeks, but do you know how long the final four go home for before returning to the finale?? I'm just trying to figure out how long it took Poppi to lose all her weight at home, it's amazing! Thanks so much!

SPM I am not planning on having a MySpace page. I only signed up because there were a few profiles I wanted to read and couldnt unless I was a member. I dont even know what my member name is. I just maintain my page on Weighins.com.
Still waiting on the exercise stuff. I am getting used to my double shift now; however I feel that in a few weeks I will have to start all over again because my shift will change. I highly doubt I will get to keep the 2 routes I have been running and that stinks because I do like them. I just found out that I only work Tues-Fri and have Sat-Mon off. Very convienant since Monday's are weigh in days and I can be consistent with my times. But again; this will most likely change.
My eating has been weird these past few days; but I havent eaten any junk and that I am proud of. I am down in weight (had to peek). Monday should be interesting.

I am seriously at my breaking point. I cant stand the silence anymore. All I ever do is spend time alone. Why would Eric write and tell me that he was wondering how I was doing too if he didnt care? Why would he answer at all? I wish I could call him. I wish I could see him. I wish he would hold me again and everything would be ok. More pipe dreams of mine. I am just sick of my life. All I ever do is work, sleep, spend time alone, and wish for Eric. Just what I always wanted for myself.

Hi Carrie, working as much as you are and being lonely sounds pretty grim. I don't know where you live, but I've been meeting some really nice folks recently through Meetup.com. People set up groups based on their interests. I've joined the Seattle Urban Hikers group to go on walks with other people, and I've joined a group for people who work at home to get out and spend time with other people. I also found a boardgame group there for my teenage daughter. It might be worth a try to see if there's something like this in your area. I'll be thinking of you! Sue

It is 37 degrees out and I got the stupid idea into my head that I needed to wash my car (aka: The Black Phantom). It looks great; but my nose hasnt stopped running from being out in the cold and the wind. Then I realized I had enough Giant Eagle discounts for free gas. I am tight on cash so that worked for me. I am not going to let my car get below a 1/2 tank ever (especially in the cold).

Then onto the grocery store. The place was a zoo. Tons of stuff that I wanted was on sale; but my cash was really tight. Left the store with 2 flavors of Weight Watchers yogurt, Chocolate Crunch and No Salt Rice Cakes, Bagged Lettuce, and Two flavors of Tyson Grilled Chicken Strips (Buffalo and Regular). I refuse to buy bread anymore. It cost too much and makes me crave carbs even more. So I will use the No Salt Rice cakes for sandwiches or anywhere I need extra crunch. Does make for a rather messy sandwich though. Tried it earlier with tuna and Fat Free Miracle Whip.
Tomorrow is weigh in #2 for my challenge. I know for a fact that I am down in weight; but I am not going to be happy until the scale reads 145.2 again. Back wasnt bothering me until I went to the grocery store. Mid to lower back pain. It should be gone after I drop some more weight. Still boggles my mind how I could have roamed around at 214 when I am dying at my current weight. I can honestly say that; "I wont ever do THAT again." The tasty treats ain't worth the load of back pain and ugly display of fat that is once again on my body.

heres a tip i heard many moons ago. In the morning fuel is colder so is a lot more dense, if you fill up then you get more technically than if you fill up in the afternoon.
