 Went shopping and would have done more; but the thought of staying outside made me cringe. Even my car (quick to heat up) was cold almost all the way to the store. Got mostly healthy stuff: Simply Orange Juice, Romaine Lettuce, Fat Free Cheese, Fat Free Milk, Turkey Burgers, Egg Beaters, Wheat Bread, Benedryl, 4C Fruit Punch, etc. Store was busy despite the cold. Wanted to get some DVDs to watch while I biked but I got lazy and just wanted to get home. Eager to break in my bike shorts. They are supposed to cushion my bottom so it wont hurt after so many miles.
Looking forward to getting back on the heathy bandwagon again. It's been way too long. Clothes are starting to get tight and that doesnt make me happy. Gym should be interesting tomorrow night (for many reasons). I hope I dont croak after 5 mins on the Elliptical. Managed to fix my heart rate monitor FINALLY. It locked up on me at work Saturday morning and it had an alarm blaring too. Wouldnt shut off so I put it in my car so it could scream itself til the battery died. Over 24 hours later; the damn thing was still going. Finally got it to quit. Methinks the battery is low. If it wasnt before; it definitely is now. It is my personal trainer and I cant workout without it. Glad it's back. And tomorrow; I will be too.

 It's 2:05 am and I am wide awake....
But I am not going to eat anything until breakfast. Havent done that in a while. Did have a few sips of Diet Pepsi. Night munchies are another downfall of mine and they gotta go. Just checked the weather for the week...I am not getting out of bed all week. Very cold and snow showers are expected; but the following week it will be in the 40's. Will believe that when I see it.
Going to make myself go back to bed now. Happy snoozing all!

If today is any indication of how my week is going to go; I am going to have an awful week...
Couldnt sleep last night and I dont know why. I finally got back in bed around 3am and I hear what sounded like my cell phone alarm. But it was really quiet. But it couldnt have been because it was sitting right next to me. Next thing I know; my phone is going off again. I remember getting really peeved and wondering who was texting me at such an early hour. Well it wasnt a text message...it was WORK. They didnt even have to tell me. I overslept. I dont know how that is possible since I set 3 alarms like usual. I set my alarm for 5am (not due in until 6:25am) so I could noodle on the computer, make a healthy breakfast, and get a shower in. So after a hailstorm of cuss words came out of my mouth; I flew out of bed and made it to work about 10-15 mins later. They didnt call me until 6:42am and the route has it's first stop at 6:55am. Shift went fine until my last lap when the wheelchair lift broke a few stops before my driver switch. Finally got it fixed, passenger loaded etc. Got back to the office and dispatch tells me that I cant leave. I look like hell, havent showered, I'm starving, and they want to take my picture. Why?? Because I am Employee of the Month!!! The one day I look like junk! I begged not to have it done but they wouldnt listen. Well I just wont look at the picture when it comes out. Came home, ate two chocolate rice cakes, and a huge salad with veggie chicken. Could have been a heck of a lot worse. Had some protein water at Target. Not bad; but very sweet tasting. The promotion curse has officially started following me around since Friday...
I need a nap and a shower. I am covered in dirt from crawling around on the bus floor trying to tie down my wheelchair. Yuck.

Congrats on being Employee of the month though! You really deserve it -sorry you had to take an unexpected picture though. There should be a law against that.

 I told them I was going to get them fired (they are management)....I'd rather spend a night in jail than have my picture taken. Especially with the recent weight gain. I seriously wanted to cry. They were making goofy faces at me so I would smile. It is going to look horrid. Shoulda stayed in bed today and gotten written up as a no call/no show.

 Foodwise wasnt too bad today all things considered. Was so upset about oversleeping that I almost just scrapped today and began tomorrow. Enough is enough. Going to bust ass at the gym tonight. Dinner was some chocolate rice cakes, Tuna with FF Helmond's Mayo, Wheat Bread and some diet pepsi. Will give up everything but diet pepsi. I just cant do it. Will probably have a Cocovia bar when I finish my workout tonight. Bought a new alarm clock while on layover today. I will NOT oversleep tomorrow. Dont have to be in until 7:30am. But I am going to get there at 7am (the old report time for that shift.) Not taking any chances.

Ah, cocovia bars! I LOVE the chocolate almond ones. I was really good last week with them, only 1 per day. But Saturday? I ate, more than one, more than 2.. eep.. I ate 3! So I'm not letting myself buy them for a week as punishment. Obviously can't handle that now.
Anyhow, enough about chocolate -you're making me hungry- glad to hear you stuck with it even though your day was thrown off by oversleeping. You made a good start! I'm impressed.
