My guess is that if they are looking at you and smiling it means they like what they see. Either they have noticed your progress, or they just plain like the way you look and how hard you are working. Not all attention means it's bad

I dont know what is going on in their heads; they are guys...I just have the feeling I am being ripped on. Sometimes they dont even bother to look away. I am not there to be stared at like a piece of meat. I am there to get my life back. Plus my shirts are huge on me, so I am sure I look like I weigh 200 pounds while moving. Guys like to make fun of people who are overweight. Just in their nature. Women do it too; but guys are more obvious and rude about it.

Overate a little today but I am not going to feel bad about it. It was some crackers (Melba Toast) and 1 veggie burger. Not going to kill me. I was starving around 9:30 tonight and I couldnt fend it off. I think I need to better spread out my food throughout the day. Plus the fact that I am exercising like a loony toon again is not helping my appetite. I guess my stomach is telling me that if I am having a higher output I need more food. So I am going to rearrange my day in attempts to try and fool it. I am not going to negate all my hard work in the gym by night snacking. Will be weighing in around 1pm tomorrow and I am kinda nervous and I am not sure what to expect. I know I wont be seeing 145.2 (nowhere close); but I just dont want to get excited and then get let down because I thought that I should have lost more from all my hard work. I want to be back in the 140's no later than Weds of this week. If not, I am in hot water.

Carrie's countdown: (18 full days) my until trip home....

**36 hours of exercise to go!!**

I get that probelm a lot... when I work out I am always more hungry that day, usually at night. But I guess that is just the body telling us we need more. Remember if you are under eating it can cause your body to hold onto the weight.

Ive been finding that Im more hungry after bartending (not drinking) when I get home at 2:30 am. Most when working Im too busy to eat, so then when I get home to unwind the hunger sets in. Then I eat and get tired, and off to bed I go on a full stomach

I don't perv on the ladies at the gym but I can't help turning my head once in a while. Today was a cute ish blonde girl but she really needed to be wearing a sports bra, I didn't have the courage to tell her she would do herself an injury with her chest bouncing all over.

Very exhausted right now. The tryphtophan is knocking me out...I think it is in chicken too. If it isnt; I am tired from being up early and then running around for several hours spot cleaning, driving my route, going straight to my weigh in; and then eating brunch. I am down 0.8 pounds. Not bad for a day's work. That is since Saturday's weigh in. I am now 151.2. Not great; but a hell of a lot better than where I was. If I can get to the 140's this week; I should have no problem making 145 before I leave. But my body is weird and this is anyone's guess. My left calf was making me nervous today at work. I was afraid to move it because it almost felt like it was going to seize up. Luckily it didnt. I am going to attempt a tough workout tonight and if it starts to hurt; I will stop. But I told the LA staff I was going to be on my best behavior for the next few weeks. When I mentioned what I was doing on the Elliptical, the manager looked at me like I was insane. Yeah it is high resistance cardio so I am probably back to muscle building again. I am shooting for 149.9 by Weds (1.3 lbs away). I think that is reasonable. Only 6 away from where I was. If it takes 2 hour sessions 6 days a week; I will do it. I really really want to be at the very least 70 pounds down when I get on the plane next month. But right now the 140's look good to me. I just want to lose my "Stay-Puft-Marshmallow Girl" look that I have gotten since adding the few pounds.
Ok naptime or I will be face down on my keyboard in a nanosecond.
Still no reply from Eric.

Just got done doing some of my massive load of laundry. Out of 4 washers and 4 dryers; now 1 washer is still broken and 2 dryers are broken. I am never going to get this pile done.

Now it is time to get into the shower so I can get all sweaty again. I really dont want to go tonight. I have a feeling the usual junk is going to happen and I really dont feel comfortable working my butt off and being stared at. But right now I am in a position where I cant let up on myself. I just wish the machines I use werent right in front of the front desk. Sometimes I wish I were a show horse so I could wear blinders and only look straight ahead and be oblivious to what is going on around me. It is nice to be checked out; but there is a fine line. Plus I still think I am far from "a hottie." Truthfully I only want one guy drooling over me and right now that isnt happening. I dont think I want to see him until the end of next month. I am hoping to be well into the 130's then.

Saved some of my daily food for after my workout just in case I get the munchies. Doubt that will happen because I have a bunch of water to get in yet. And some tomato juice too. Might as well just camp out in the bathroom tonight. Have to go grocery shopping tonight after my workout as well. I am down to my last Breyer's yogurt, Aquafina, and I am out of raisins. Major diet staples for me.

Ok enough stalling. I really dont wanna go; but if I skip I will HATE myself tomorrow. And I will DESPISE myself come Weds weigh in. Bring on the sweatfest...

I am sooo glad that I got my laundry done early because I am going to sleep like a rock tonight. My left calf held up; but at one point I thought my knees were going to quit. But eventually I pushed through the aches and had an awesome workout. Except for the part where I was messing around with my IPod and I accidently deleted almost my entire elliptical workout. So I had to do some counting. I know I did well over 8 miles. I think I did 8.96 (Treadmill and Elliptical). But I can barely walk and chew gum at the same time; let alone run and count. Next time I am logging my miles. At one point I was sprinting at 7.0 mph and I was wondering why I was so tired. I forgot to turn off the incline...Oops. I did make 7.1 mph. And I had a good 5 mph run too. I am pretty impressed since my legs kinda felt jello-like after the elliptical. I am going to run my stomach off if it kills me. Total workout time was 2 hrs 20 mins, 942 cals burned, 50% fat burn (471 fat calories). I am very proud of myself. Getting moving tomorrow is going to be a huge challenge. I am on the early run tomorrow. Blech...I am going to call for a tow truck to haul my butt out of bed.

Just had a really good snack (1 low fat honey graham cracker, no sugar added applesauce with cinnamon, and a small bottle of V8) and now I have to chug 2 more glasses of water. Had to drink gym water tonight since I ran out of bottled. That stuff leaves a horrid aftertaste. Went to Giant Eagle after I worked out and got more.

Now I am kinda wishing tomorrow were Weds. Wondering what the scale will have to say then? I think I am only going to do an hour at the gym tomorrow on the treadmill and give my calves a break from the elliptical backwards torture routine. I will do the second hour on my bike (with the right bike pants). As long as I get my two hours in I dont care what I do. My overall fat burn will be much higher.

Night all.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.........

Amazingly enough I didnt need a tow truck to get out of bed this morning. Most likely because I didnt get the chance to get comfortable. I had to keep running to the bathroom (I hate guzzling water late), and because my feet were cold. Guess it kept the circulation going. Still not sure what I am going to do tonight. The thought of getting on the elliptical for another hour again doesnt sound too appealing at the moment. I think I am going to be lazy and go for an hour on the treadmill and try not to lose my legs and then bike slowly for an hour. Have another weigh in around 1pm tomorrow. Keeping fingers and toes crossed that I make the 140's. I have approx. 15 days until I board the plane for MA.
