I have a few pictures that I took as long as people don't mind....they are kind of big. I will leave them up for a little while and then probably take them down so they're not annoying.

My napkins will be the colour of my bridesmaid's dresses....and we're putting rose petals on the table:

Just finished a good workout at the gym. I did weights today in the circuit room. Then I did 45 minutes on the elliptical today and burned 460 calories.
It was rainy and blah here all day today and it's pretty chilly outside. I actually had to wear a sweater today it was so cold.
Heard back from the chapel today, so we're probably going to go have a look at it this weekend hopefully and see if we can book it.
Todays Food:
Breakfast-2 omega-3 eggs...one piece flax toast, 1/2 banana, 13 almonds
Snack: 1 turkey stick, fresh raspberries & strawberries
Lunch: Garden salad w/carrots, celery and cut up hard boiled eggs, 1 green apple, handful of green grapes
Snack: 13 mini rice cakes, 10 almonds
Supper: chicken breast, 2 cups carrots, 2 cups green peas
Snack: protein shake, fruit bar and low fat/sugar free popsicle
I changed my food around a wee bit again...and I'm trying to get in the habit of drinking more water. I've been slacking on the water big time lately. I had about 65oz today though which is pretty good for me. It's still not enough, but I'm going to work my way slowly back up to what I need.

Just finished an "ok" workout at the gym. Was kinda mad I couldn't get the cardio machine I wanted...so I had to go on a different one that frustrated me to no end on how to use the thing. Ended up doing 40 min and burning only 425 calories....better than nothing I guess.
My fiance and I are off to the movies tonight to see 1408.

Just finished my workout today. I did weights in the circuit room and then did 40 min of cardio on the elliptical...burned 430 calories today.
My orthotics should be in either tomorrow or Friday, so I'm pretty excited about getting them. Hopefully I'll be able to feel a difference.
There are a lot of changes going on at work and it's frustrating because I'm not used to the new processes. It's supposed to make our work easier in the long run and I'm sure it will...we just need to give it time to get used to the changes.

Wow -- the hall is really pretty! Be careful if you're going to drape anything on the ceiling though, and be aware of the vents. I was to a wedding in the summer and they had that stuff all over the ceiling. It looked really pretty , but no air could circulate, and it was suffocating. Really miserable for everyone. I don't think what you showed in the pictures would affect anything though.
Great job keeping up on your workouts.
Do you have a heart-rate monitor, or do you just use the ones on the machine?

Well I had the absolute day from h*#l today. I have to wake up at 5:30am every morning which bothers me...but that's not where it started for me. Went down to leave for work....car won't start. I try a few more times....nope. So..since I suffer from anxiety I FREAK out! Good thing Matt was with me because he made me more calm lol. Anyhoo...we end up taking the bus to work today...I HATE the bus..mostly BECAUSE of my anxiety. I actually made it to work on time too. I called in and left a message saying I might be late..but I wasn't.
THEN...I got stuck with the worst claims all day...got an error back from audit...GRRRRR!
THEN...had to sit here after work until a tow truck got here so we could take my car to the shop. I was expecting another huge blow when they told me how much it was going to cost to fix....
but...things looked up for me!! turns out it was just my battery...it died. They were thinking it could be the accelerator or starter etc...which would have cost me more. The batteries were $79....BUT they didn't have any on stock! SOOOOOOO...they gave me an $130 battery for $100 bucks...it's a stronger and better one apparently and has an extra year of use on it I guess. At least I have my car! I was thinking I was going to have to rent one for the weekend which would have sucked...because it was $25/day.
Needless to say, we didn't get to the gym tonight because I needed to get this done before they closed.
In other news...we bought a body fat caliper to measure our body fat

Just finished my last workout of the week. Pretty exhausted today. I did weights in the circuit room and then did 45 min on the elliptical and burned 460 cals even.
That fat caliper that we bought also tells you how much muscle is on your body...it says I have 118 pounds of solid muscle!! WOO! I also thought my body fat would have been higher still, I was pretty shocked when I saw it being only 32.5%.
Todays Food
Breakfast-2 omega-3 eggs, 1 pc flax toast, 1/2 banana, 13 almonds
Snack: 1 turkey stick, fresh raspberries & strawberries
Lunch: chicken sandwich on flax bread, 1 green apple, green grapes
Snack: 13 mini rice cakes, 13 almonds
Supper: chicken breast w/steamed broccoli and green beans
Snack: protein shake, fruit bar
The chiropractor called today and said my orthotics are finally in....going in tomorrow morning to pick them up. I guess I'm only supposed to wear them an hour at a time at first to get used to them and then gradually build up to more time in them.

Just finished my workout, it wasn't the greatest. I didn't feel very good today, so I'm not going to be too hard on myself. I did weights in the circuit room and then did 45 minutes on the elliptical. Only burned 410 calories today...still better than nothing. I really wish I could burn more though.
Looks like there's a lot of people leaving the site...depresses me that the support is gone. I'm hoping the new season brings in some new faces. I'm going to keep journalling regardless if anyone reads it or not, because my journal is really to track my progress anyways.
