July Catch Up
Hi Everyone
I'm almost to the end of my last program. Saturday is My final day and then its a week long Gym break. However, on Monday I start my fitness instructor course. Classes last for the whole week then there's a month of home study follwed by an exam and practical test. Assuming I pass I'll be able to take on the role of Fitness instructor from September.
I've been working out hard too. My weight has settled at 89.5kg which is ok, it could be a little lower but I've been building muscle since the start of the year so its mostly lean I'vegained, not fat.
Take care all.

Good luck with your fitness class. Of course you'll pass- how could you not? How is the family?
Is this a new career you're embarking on, or something in addition to what you already do?

My company sells nutrition products and as part of the service to our customers we will be offering an online training program with specialised fitness routines targeted to the individual, not just generic 1 size fits all. As part of this I will be a fully qualified fitness instructor so the company doesn't have to look elsewhere. I've been pestering them to do this for a while now. This is our site Meridian-Life and there are many customers in the USA now, oddly mainly in Illinois for now but spreading.

My Course is going really well. Learned tons of stuff, especially calculating ideal weights, calories to burn etc etc.

The new program is a nice challenge. Two days split, drop sets and loads of abs work. A fair bit of cardio too as my body fat% is a lot higher than I'd like
