Did day 1 weights of my new program on 18th
active rest day yesterday (swimming)

I did my day on yesterday. I'd been a bit off colour since saturday night so no exercise at all sunday or monday.

I did a good cardio workout this morning

20 mins treadmill, 2000m rowing, 20 mins cross trainer, + warm up, cool down stretching etc

Day 2 weights today. Legs, shoulders, triceps and abs. Not a bad workout

After the last post I've had a cold and been away from the gym for 4 days. Today was my 1st day back and I put in a good effort with Day 1 weights. Adding a little more each time I go
